Family of six booked for Father’s Day. Outstanding service and excellent value for money. Food was fresh, plentiful and delicious! We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We had a meal here and it was lovely .they were very busy and we all had different meals .As we had to wait a while they came out witha free pizza and a big garlic bread .

Fabulous food with lots of choices and excellent service at a very reasonable price only downside was the lack of customers . South Tyneside your missing out on a great little restaurant. Voir le carte

Lovely mid week night out for 4 girl friends. Very generous portions, everything delicious and very reasonable! We each had 2 courses from the special menus, a bottle of wine and 4 coffees for around £80! Amazing! Returning again tonight with husband, next week with another group of friends. Well done to the staff of this friendly, welcoming restaurant, you’re doing everything right

Absolutely disgraceful spent £32 online and didn’t even get half of my order rang the restaurant at 9:15 baring in mind they close 10PM she said the kitchen was closed and there was nothing she could do except deliver my other meal and starter the next night how on earth is that going to do any good , shambles off a business no wonder there’s no one in the restaurant when you walk past on ocean road . JOKE

If visiting South Shields and you happen to be on Ocean Rd, it’s good to know there’s a good Italian restaurant at hand. Hats off to Bell Passi and staff. The environment was relaxed, the Food was delicious and the portions were more than generous. The waitress and staff were really helpful and very polite. It was ideal for our family to meet up and share some time together. Plenty parking close by and it’s on the very beautiful Ocean Rd. Would I go again. 100% Yes. Was in the area and fancied a cheap eat noticed a lunch specially and in we went . We were the only people in . Sat by a friendly waitress and ordered our food swiftly . Potato skins and piccolo garlic bread to start. Both came quickly , potato skins were a good portion , no grease at all very nice . Garlic bread was lovely and plenty of garnish . Onto mains of carbonara and lasagne . Friend wasn't impressed with carbonara sauce out of a jar/packet was very runny and no taste . Very little ham in dish . My lasagne was very tasty . The only let down was no offer of black pepper or Parmesan .. a staple at every Italians surely ! Not a bad meal for £18 but unsure if I would return . Waitresses...

Had a great evening in good company with 2 friends at Bella Passi. Arrived just after 6.30pm, not intentionally going out for the special menu, but noticed when we got there, the specials ended at 6.30pm. Asked the waiter if the specials were still available he kindly said yes. Starters were delicious large portions too, followed by 3 huge freshly made pizzas, equally as tasty. table service from the 'father son ' waiter combo was outstanding. very pleasant polite. Even providing a rendition of 'Happy Birthday to you ' to an unsuspecting diner on the table next to us... complete with tambourine birthday candle. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance enhanced by smiling staff. food was great va...

We went to Bel Passi to celebrate a 25th wedding anniversary, we booked as there was 13 of us. We had look over the menu online and all the offers they had. Arrived 26/4/23 on time and were seated. Ordered drinks and food after 20 mins. Menu was a different name, so this must have changed and now not Bel Passi. No offers now on. You need to change your online as your misleading your customers!! Food ordered and we waiting over 45 mins and starters arrived. To say they were okay is pushing it, salad on the side was a bit of lettuce or rocket. I’d rather none than that.
