"This restaurant or hotel takes me back to a 70s vibe, reminiscent of the Odeon cinema foyer on Kingsway in Swansea if you're old enough to remember it. The food quality is acceptable, but it doesn't justify the usual high prices, especially when the portion of chips is about the size of a quarter from a bag of boiled sweets at the market. When we asked for more, we were told that was the standard portion size. For a steak and chips priced at £16.99, it felt rather stingy. Thankfully, my friend had a 50% off voucher for main meals, or I wouldn't have considered paying that price. I definitely won't be returning unless I have a 40-50% discount voucher. Additionally, my partner ordered the vegetable lasagna with garlic bread, but there was no garlic, leaving it as flavorless as plain toast. Overall, it was a rather uninspiring experience. As for parking, save your time if you don't have change; trying to call the parking company is frustrating, as you end up shouting your registration number into the phone for five minutes without any success."

We always come here when I'm in Swansea. Last time was for my graduation and everything was great as usual. The steaks are always good and cooked to preference. I had surf and turf, would like the prawns peeled but apart from that I enjoyed it. Voir le carte

We always stay at the Premier Inn attached when we visit Swansea. The staff in the Beefeater here are the reason we choose it. We are regulars here for lunch due to work. The service is always fantastic and fast. The food is normally good quality and fresh. The one thing I will say is that improved extraction from the open kitchen is required as we always leave smelling of cooking oil and smoke from the grills and friers. It’s a shame as it puts a cloud throughout the restaurant. Apart from that we love the place. Also the breakfast is superb if you ever stay in the Premier Inn. Thank you.
