Queriamos desgustar comida local, la atencion fue buena, los platos deliciosos, destaco la opcion de carne de vacuno, cerdo, longaniza y salchicha en cama de papa que marido de lujo con la cerveza local.

Il locale è molto ampio e situato in posizione centrale. I piatti serviti sono tipici della Baviera con porzioni abbondanti e con una spiccata presenza di carne di maiale e patate.Buone le birre della zona. Il servizio è veloce e cortese. Ottimo il rapporto qualità / prezzo. Solo ricordatevi che chiudono presto massimo le 21,30-22,00.

This was a last minute decision for some food when we got into town. The building is stunning. The food was good. Nothing to rant and rave about, but the kraut was just about perfect and the bier was cold and plentiful on a blisteringly hot day (92f plus). Service was adequate. I thought eating was absolutely fantastic. the beer was the perfect temperature and my only regret is not hungry when I was there. the service was not the fastest, but it was not as if we were ignored. I appreciate how good the building... preserves and how functional it looked at its age. if they are on the main square, I recommend stopping even if only for one drink or two.

The interior of this restaurant looked a lot like a hunting lodge dining room, but they also had an enclosed beer garden with a glass atrium roof, in the rear of the restaurant. I had the Jägerschnitzel, and it was good. My daughter liked the cheese Spätzle, which was something like a pasta dish. The cheesecake was good, and they served Hofmuhl beer, rather than the everpresent Tucher found most place in Rothenburg. The Hofmuhl Dunkel was my preferred beer that they had here.

We went here (2 adults and 1 10 year) and it seemed for one of the waiters that was annoying. It took quite some time to get an order. The food was ok - the steak wasn't very tasty but our boy thought the schnitzel was good.We only had 1 drink - even though it was very quiet the waiters took it in turn to read the paper ... we even tried to pay (how strange) but no one came near - eventually we got up to leave and still nothing - we should have just walked but that's not who we are - so after getting the attention of the waiter we paid... no tip ... Waren niet heel bekend in Rothenburg, zijn hier op de gok naar binnen gelopen.De volgende punten waren echt slecht! we hebben hier dan ook eigenlijk geen enkel positief punt tegenover....Goulash soep niet zelfgemaakt maar uit een pak/blik.Tot 2 maal toe bij de salade een zandbak als basis voor de dressing gebruikt!Een biefstuk "rare" bestellen en doorbakken krijgen is echt NOT DONE, zeker voor een prijs van €20,-Wat bij mij persoonlijk een doorn in het oog was. Is het feit dat de bediening niet eens echt verbaast reageerde en er excuses voor aanbood. Maar het voor lief neemt en vervolgens met een nieuw gerecht komt alsof er niks is gebeurd.

We stopped for cake and coffee and were enticed by the beautiful building exterior and sign claiming to have the best indoor courtyard inRothenburg. The cake was okay but we caused some upset with the staff when trying to show them which cake we wanted (as our German is not good) but apparently we had to sit down to order even still. This meant two trips back to the cake counter to work out the Germannames only to return to our table to place the order.Courtyard left a bit to be desired. With all the gorgeous blooms we have seen so far in Germany and in ready abundance, it was disappointing that the courtyard was overflowing with plastic imitation creepers and ferns. I guess my expectations...

We wandered into this restaurant - having done no research and couldn't really see inside until we were seated. The building and decor is appropriate for the tourist town . The restaurant was catering for several tourist groups - which did impact on the individual service we received. We ordered food and 0.5 litre of White House wine - (10.50E ) this evidently was not usual - but it arrived in a small jug . There was however some confusion because there was also the delivery of two opened bottled still water -which we didn't order . This was annoying, we did ask them to take the water away and this did put a dampener on the evening. The menu has mainly pork dishes. The food was edible, but n... Voir le carte
