"Un ottimo esempio di All-you-can-eat che funziona. Non si tratta del classico ristorante Giapponese a cui siamo abituati, oltre ai classici nigiri, tartare etc. al Barracuda troverete ingredienti particolari come mango, manzo in sostituzione del pesce, zucchine, crema di tartufo, riso venere e tanto altro. Probabilmente è un errore utilizzare il termine 'fusion ', ma solo così riesco a dare l 'idea dell 'incredibile risultato raggiunto da questo ristorante. La qualità degli ingredienti è altissima, il sapore e la freschezza del pesce sono spettacolari, i piatti sono tutti buonissimi, l 'equilibrio tra i sapori è pressoché perfetto. Ho assaggiato 10 portare diverse, non c 'è nulla che non mi abbia colpito per la bontà. Un ulteriore nota positiva: l 'attesa. Siamo tutti abituati (male) a mangiare come dei forsennati nei ristoranti con formula all-you-can-eat, ordinando decine di porzioni alla volta. Mi spiace gente, qui non potrete. Infatti per ogni 'giro ' è possibile ordinare solo 2 piatti. Ovviamente potrete fare tutti i giri che volete e mangiare fino a scoppiare, non ci sono limiti, ma vi verranno serviti sempre e comunque due piatti alla volta. Credo sia una soluzione fantastica, questo infatti obbliga noi clienti a gustare ogni piatto come meriterebbe, se all 'inizio della cena ho storto il naso...ho dovuto ricredermi! Ho cenato per la prima volta al Barracuda con un gruppo di amici e a fine serata ci è sembrato d 'obbligo fare i nostri più sinceri complimenti direttamente alla cuoca che ci ha regalato una cena meravigliosa. Credo di aver detto tutto, per 26€ bevande e dolce esclusi questo ristorante offre un esperienza culinaria incredibile, vi consiglio di andarci e vivere questa avventura! Le foto dicono tanto, ma il gusto molto di più. P.S. Non c 'è personale Giapponese, tutti i dipendenti sono italiani"

I was here last night for the first time and I went out more than satisfied! The Tiger Roll was spectacular and the roll with the truffle I loved. Adoro questo posto, particolare, raffinato, ci torno sempre molto volentieri! Apprezzo possibilità di scegliere tra sushi 'tradizionale ' e la variante tropical; da provare la loro caipirinha. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusta a mio parere (30/40€ a testa). Ultimamente hanno velocizzato anche il servizio. Inoltre c è la possibilità di prenotare online, cosa volere di più?
