"Yesterday we went to eat and we must recognize that the menu was good and we must congratulate the cooks. Too bad for a waiter's behavior, as the second dish served us, a glass of beer and some of the liquid fell on a garment of our coat. The problem was that the waiter did not apologize, he did not listen to my husband when he asked for a kitchen paper to clean and dry the jacket and he laughed in his face telling him if he wanted to buy another jacket. Then I didn't want to serve another glass of beer and we had to ask a waitress to bring us another beer (we didn't have the fault of the accident). The degree of disrespect to customers by this waiter was really incomprehensible."
