the restaurant is located in the lobby of the hotel, but with a good view. the menu is small and nothing stands out. eating itself is simple 5/10. the prices are high for such a device. I will not recommend it.

Stayed here one night while with a tour group from the US. The service staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on answering questions. The rooms need an upgrade. It was spacious but it felt outdated and dusty. The walls were completely bare and lacked any personality. Location is good and in a central area. Voir le carte

Great hotel with great location, we had a room with lake view which is the best experience I ever had especially when it was raining with thunderstorms, the room is spacious and clean, breakfast is good, the staff in welcoming and nice especially the ladies in the front desk, No kettle in the room , Como is a beautiful city and i will come back to same hotel and same room,

Good location but very bad customer service. The room does not provide any cups. When I called to request for cups and a wine bottle opener. The receptionist redirected me to the bar telephone number, which the receiver shut the phone on me. After recalling the receptionist, they requested that I were to walk down to the bar to open the wine. While I was still talking, the receptionist also shut the phone on me. Very dissatisfied on the services of the hotel

Selected a Lakeview room which has a very good view but it's directly above a bus stop and people hang out in the Piazza so you hear voices. If you like to leave your balcony door open you hear the diesel buses going by until late in the evening. The location is the number one thing for this hotel. Guest services were very friendly, but the breakfast room staff were hit and miss as to friendliness. The bathtub was a good size and deep. They do have small elevators and there is sometimes a line. Breakfast selection was really good. Lots of choices and you can just ask for a fresh espresso or you can drink Americano coffee. The croissants were delicious? Voir le carte
