Great stay! Super clean rooms, location is dreamy and the staff very helpful. Definitely worth it.

The hotel is nice a minute walk to como lake with a view on the lake and the mountins sorrounding the lake ,but the disadvantage of it is the parking lot is really far away about 40 min walking

the restaurant is located in the lobby of the hotel, but with a good view. the menu is small and nothing stands out. eating itself is simple 5/10. the prices are high for such a device. I will not recommend it.

We did not stay at this hotel; however, we stopped by to ask for help from the concierge and the staff was incredible. They gave us great advice, stored our luggage temporarily, and even called us a cab! Very friendly, helpful team! Voir le carte

Great hotel with great location, we had a room with lake view which is the best experience I ever had especially when it was raining with thunderstorms, the room is spacious and clean, breakfast is good, the staff in welcoming and nice especially the ladies in the front desk, No kettle in the room , Como is a beautiful city and i will come back to same hotel and same room,

As an American, I found the bathtub intimidating. Otherwise the room was good. We were on the third floor and looked down on the square and right into the lake. No room coffee maker and just as in Lucerne, no wash cloth. Minor issues compared to how overall wonderful the room and view were. The complementary breakfast was a real treat. Yes, you can have a cappuchino with a chocolate croissant.

Good location but very bad customer service. The room does not provide any cups. When I called to request for cups and a wine bottle opener. The receptionist redirected me to the bar telephone number, which the receiver shut the phone on me. After recalling the receptionist, they requested that I were to walk down to the bar to open the wine. While I was still talking, the receptionist also shut the phone on me.
