"On a recent trip to Munich, my friend and I randomly came across this restaurant on a late night walk through the neighborhood. We were tired of eating the (very heavy) traditional Bavarian fare of the region and neither one of us had ever tried Afghani cuisine, so we thought what the hell. All the food we ordered was EXCELLENT! [Quabelli Palau with lamb, Naregj Palau with chicken, the lassi and mint tea.] Especially, the Basmati rice with raisins, pistachios, etc...yum! The restaurant was a little understaffed the evening we visited but the owner was on-hand and very accommodating. After our experience, we are definitely fans of Afghani cooking and intend to seek out this type of cuisine in Los Angeles."

We were a party of 8 with one of us gluten free and the service and food were great. The restaurant was cosy and we were not hurried. Interesting good food too Voir le carte

Very unique spices mixture, it took a while for us to get the food, but was very delicious. A bit more expensive than the average meal in Munich, but certainly worth it! We will come back again! The same restaurant open another place on Klenzerstr!

The restaurant is exiting and the food is different. Sitting on the floor and eating afghan specialities is a wonderful experience. Nice staff and the vibe I very good. Worth a visit. The combination between Afghan and long drinks does not work and therefore "only" 4 start :)

We came across this place while searching for a restaurant with outdoor seating in the warm evening. We ordered chicken with vegetables and the meal of the evening (cannelloni). Both were good, especially the local chicken dish. Service a little slow in the beginning. Overall a pleasant dining experience. Voir le carte

First of all, they didn't have an English menu and when we asked staff to explain menu in English, the staff constantly sighed, hurried us to decide our dishes, and kept glancing other tables. Overall, their serving manner was not very good. The menus they explained were also not exactly matching with actual foods. For example, mango lassi was actually just mango juice. Also, rice was a bit undercooked and salad was not fresh.

Starting with the drinks (a mix of prosecco, pomegranate and strawberries, followed by the vegetarian starter plate (pumpkin with a delicious sweet sour sauce / fried veggies with a sour milk sauce with salad), the lentil soup (with chickpeas and yogurt) and the rice with spinach - each dish was a celebration for the palate...and then the dessert - just wow: the "Fermi", a "pudding" made of almonds, pistachio and cardamon was a real surprise for the tastebuds. Despite the great quality of the food and the authentic atmosphere, the place is not pretentious at all, the servers extremely friendly and funny, thus making this a truly enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend to make a reservatio...

"This restaurant has a very informative homepage! The pictures and descriptions of the food very appealing. Vietnamese and Thai dishes and sushi are offered here. At noon very cheap offers, but also the prices for evening are still ok. When I read that a lot of value is placed on fresh ingredients and preparation, that sounds promising in any case. The images from the local area also made me positive. I chose the place to eat there with a group of 8 people. But I'd rather go to the number safe and wanted to make a small pre-test today. When I stood in front of the place, I remembered that I've been here a few times when it was the Mistura Tropicana. I had this from the ambience and the temperatures but not so good memories. It has changed visually but very positively. Much dark wood and also dark tables, chairs and benches. The walls in a beautiful cream yellow. In front of the windows the green curtains are a beautiful color pick. As usual in more and more restaurant 's, the bar is illuminated indirectly with LED, here in a green. My accompaniment didn't find it too good, but I did. Only disturbing for me was a bright, bright metal tree in the entrance area. I don't think it's the rest of the place. LEIDER was very cool. The oven was probably turned on quite late. It became a bit warmer during the evening. Nevertheless, I would strongly recommend a cardigan here. The tables are very nicely covered and there are small floral decorations and tea lights. But they only burn at the tables that are occupied and that was only our table at 6:00. At about 10 a.m. there was another couple, otherwise the place remained empty. The service was super friendly and super attentive and yet with restraint. At dinner I did not discover my beloved Bo La Lot on the map, a pity! So my choice fell on baked Wantan (3,90€) that are made themselves. They were already at the table. That really went very hard. But they were really made themselves. The filling is quite captive/compact (I lack the appropriate word to describe it better, but well tasted. They were very crispy. Sweet Chili Sauce also tasted good. We didn't have to wait long for the main courts. Once roasted rice ribbon noodles with chicken (10,50€ and once red curry with tofu and vegetables (9,50€ . Great that they are placed in bowls on a small tree, so the dishes are warm longer. The dishes were served in beautiful bowls. Only the parsley as decoration is already very retro; taste also very good. Vegetables had a slight bite. Beverage prices: 0.4l water for 2.50€, soft drinks/choices 0.4l for 3,50€ and wine 0.2l for 4,00€. And unfortunately again here the beer is cheaper than a soft drink: 0.5l for 3.50€. Our desire for separate invoices was met without any problems and we were offered an espresso or schnapps etc. Here we liked to pamper with a plum wine. There are still a few small comments: Sushi is not available for the next 14 days (Sushimeister has vacation we only experienced on request, I would have liked to know as an info if the menu is handed over toilets are in the basement, so not disabled. However clean, although very 70s The customer parking places are not freed from snow (request: obviously the evaluation was read, because at the 2nd. Visit was the snow cleared A few words to the 2nd visit with 8 people: The place was not overly crowded again, but there was a birthday party in the basement that had only made karaoke and from 20/20.30 we went up to the restaurant for dinner, but we had just been in the break. Service very nice and friendly. Beverages and food were often served only from one side and we guests should then pass on, we all found a little disturbing. Better 4 guests from one side and the other 4 then from the other side. There was Krupuk. Afterwards we still have mango with a mixture of salt, garlic, chili and shrimp powder get VERY sharp, interesting and tasty. In addition, candied ginger (also delicious . All ordered dishes have been good and very good! Only the fact that Pangasius was panned in the Rotcurry was not so beneficial. Because he was covered with redcurry, the panade was very soft and gly. Either I got to serve it separately from each other or better: use Pangasius nature. In the menu there was no indication of panade. Portions all very big! Service and food have definitely convinced me and I also like the ambience. (Okay, except on the flashing LED tree."
