I thought the radishes were marinated, pickled or fermented. Instead, it was a relatiw inconvenient and unworn teller. Maybe I didn't understand the concept of eating 100%. the courts are all quite clean. but at the small zb it worked for me. there was acid, fat and enough salt. along with the brot and the cervical salad a beautiful course. somehow Scandinavian with levantinic products and aromas. modern, modern and tasty. the kartoffelstroh was then also a bit underwhelming again and the ravine onions for me a tick too al dente. the dessert was outstanding! lavashak from the iran. that is a great product that you rarely get in Germany. also the mousse was perfect.
