Backstoltz Potsdam - Carte

Really good food, super paprika soup with mozarella and an excelente salat. Must go there and try it. The service is great and kind people.

This was without any doubt THE BEST restaurant ever. The food was heavenly delicious, the waiter was funny and kind and the service itself was great. A must go when in Potsdam, torally worth all of the money. Strongly reccomend!

This place is always buzzing and there are good reasons for that. Food is very good: portions are generous while the drinks are excellent. The sidewalk tables are a wonderful place for people watching and enjoying Potsdam's day-to-day life. Very good cake! Voir le carte

I was there for breakfast. I had a scrambled eggs with herbs, which was very well done. Cappuccino was strong, probably the best I had while in Berlin. Staff was friendly, they translated the menu to English for me. I would return should I visit postdam again.

I often come here because of my tours in the city and I find the place to be just great!Quality of food is high, service is very friendly and approachable... The prices are quite decent, value for money is quite high . I recommend their Kisches, they are quite tasty and come with a big salad .... Excellent!

This was probably the best meal I had in Germany. Presentation, taste, good prices, service, everything was lovely. The only personal peeve I have is with the German food which is salty as hell and this place was no exception. I guess it`s how everybody cooks and eats there, so I cant fault the cook for a cultural thing. Voir le carte

We stopped in for lunch on a day trip to Potsdam. We both had soup and it was really delicious. A good sized portion plus bread with it. It was really reasonably priced at less than 5 euros, however, we also got a large bottle of water that was the same price as the soup. A good lunch and I would go back. I seen some people getting quiche that looked amazing. Maybe next time!

My boyfriend and I were expecting a mediocre lunch in town catering to tourists and were SO happy to come upon Backstoltz. Cute outdoor seating on a street right off of a main drag. Limited daily changing menu - all delicious sounding options. Hilarious waiter who translated the menu in perfect English. I had gnocchi and my bf had the beef with mushrooms - pretty presentation and more importantly tasted so good! This would also be a great place for a cafe after exploring town.

We had dinner here white visiting Potsdam. My wife had veal and I had a wrapped chicken pie that was a regional specialty from an area in southwest Germany. The food, service, and presentation were amazing. This is a very small, family operated cafe that changes the menu daily. They have outdoor seating for 20-25 people and a similar number inside. The weather was very nice the evening that we went and everyone was seated outside. We have been in France and Germany on a 3 week vacation (we have one day left). We have eaten lots of places. If I could go back to only one of them, Backstoltz would be it! Voir le carte
