Très belle découverte, le menu proposé basé sur le partage est originale. La qualité des mets est au rendez-vous, une magnifique carte des vins....Bref, je conseil de découvrir cette auberge et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Nous voulions goûter à nouveau à la cuisine du chef depuis Le Montagne à Chardonne. La cuisine est bonne mais rien d’exceptionnel. Quant au chef, fidèle à lui-même, selon notre précédente expérience, soit pas vraiment sympathique. Avions annoncé une allergie au gluten lors de la réservation. La solution du chef c’est de rien proposer à la place! Gibier sans spätzli et une salade en lieu et place des spätzlibravo pour votre effort chef! visited the restaurant after the new owners took over and decided for the seven cursor tasting menu with wine pairing. the new chef has nothing to worry about compared to the previous owners eating is on par if not better than. what has been served in the last few years. the processing, the nuity, the presentation and above all the taste were pure perfection. really remember a night. if they are not yet (or back) in this restaurant, I recommend to them to book their table now, before word spread! because not only eating is excellent, but the service perfectly matches eating. excellent night. we'll be back soon!

Voilà un peu plus d'un an que le chef a repris cet établissement bien connu dans la région, avec son épouse. La carte a été totalement revisitée, les prix ont baissé et le chef a décidé, à juste titre apparemment, de revoir sa cuisine en changeant de dynamique et en proposant une cuisine plus simple et abordable. C'est une réussite à mon avis. Une entrée bien maîtrisée à base de quinoa juste en acidité et en quantité, un plat principal excellent, assaisonné de manière originale et dressé de façon singulière (entrecôte de boeuf) et un café gourmand si bon, si généreux et tellement sympathique qu'on aimerait l'avoir à la carte (sic). Wir besuchten das Restaurant, nachdem die neuen Besitzer das Geschäft übernommen hatten, und entschieden uns für das siebengängige Degustationsmenü mit Weinempfehlung. Der neue Chefkoch hat im Vergleich zu den Vorbesitzern nichts zu befürchten das Essen ist auf Augenhöhe, wenn nicht sogar besser als in den Vorjahren. Die Verarbeitung, der Einfallsreichtum, die Präsentation und vor allem der Geschmack waren pure Perfektion. Wirklich eine unvergessliche Nacht. I was invited by a friend to this restaurant to try the exchange menu with wine pairing and we had a great experience! from very personal reception and professional service to excellent cuisine it was close to the perfection! what surprised us most was the approach. the chef and the way he presents his teller, most of them small pots on a warmer like when they 're have a fondue except they 't share but extraordinary and original teller. it makes dinner even more friendly, the fact that they can share the tellers as they want and the choice of the wee who came with them was just perfect.
