"As soon as I walked in, we were served two shot glasses of lemonade. The staff were very friendly and we were served by 3 people throughout our visit. I ordered the carbonara and it was served extremely quickly to the optimal temperature. My friend order the sausage pasta and the pasta came al dente its like marmite; either you love it or you hate it. Personally I like it but my friend doesn't so perhaps going forward, they could ask customers how they would like their pasta. Other than that, everything was incredible. In the mens toilet was 1 cubical with tissue stocked and toilet clean. Two urinals, three sinks all working with comfotably warm water, two soap dispensers fully stocked and two hand driers. Everything was lovely. I would highly recommend this place to people. I had the warm brownie and cherries clotted ice cream for pud. Option to order by QR code or by staff. I am very impressed as the restaurant met all my expectations. Highly recommend."

Well.... What can I say? Instead of using an onion bhaji as a roll, try using dove. Garnish with parmesan instead of hair (I've been battling a hair ball since last Monday). The open kitchen made me feel like I was watching Gogglebox.

Such incredible value for money and very genuine delivery — will 100% recommend to family and friends! "We went a few weeks ago for afternoon as we had a voucher to use. I found the booking process a bit difficult at the start as I emailed them online requesting the booking and had to chase it to get it sorted. They then emailed me back asking of any allergies etc and we asked for no cheese sandwiches but when we got the afternoon tea cheese sandwiches were on the plates. We did find the food really really good though, very nice and lots of it. Had to take some home! Would definitely recommend it. We will go back and try other items as they had a great list of food on the menu if you didn't want afternoon tea. Fantastic place I would go give it a try!"

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the manager's behavior. When I joined my friends at their table with the intention of ordering food, the manager, an older gentleman, acted aggressively and rudely. He informed me that the meals wouldn't arrive simultaneously, although I hadn't even inquired about the timing. His glare was unsettling and, feeling uncomfortable, I ultimately chose to leave. It was quite disrespectful, and I also struggled to comprehend much of what he was saying. Meal type: Dinner."

"We had a table booked for 7:15pm and to their credit, the staff allowed us to purchase drinks from a nearby place as we were a bit late. There were four of us and the restaurant was empty except for a couple at the table next to us. We opted to skip starters and were served poppadoms promptly. However, our main meals were not served until 9:15pm. Throughout the wait, the staff kept assuring us that our food would be ready "in 5 minutes", which turned out to be a lot longer. It was evident that they were prioritizing takeout orders over us. We considered leaving a few times and looking back, I'm surprised we didn't. It was disappointing because the food was good and we've had positive experiences at this restaurant in the past. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor and we will not be returning."

"It's been years since I've visited Worcester, after a days work, I really needed a food and drink break, there's plenty of other places I could have gone, but I've used Coffee Warehouse times before an always got great food and service here,...so it was a no brainer, food is cooked fresh as you order it, and the coffee, like the food is full of flavour, service is second to non, I'll be going back next week"
