"Arguably one of Britain’s favourite restaurants but this one is a let down, we waited at the door for a solid 5 minutes before even being looked at which made my kids feel very uncomfortable. When we finnnallly got served we weren’t greeted with the smile you would expect when you are paying for someone’s services. We couldn’t stand this level of customer service so we just ordered online. A redeeming factor is that the online system is easy to navigate and to order from. From ordering online to receiving our food it took 45 minutes and what we got was cold and hard after being left under a heat lamp, and for the prices they charge it wasn’t worth the small flat pieces of cold chicken we got. The service was dismal at best and the cleanliness was very poor. I don’t believe in 1 star reviews so they are lucky to be getting a 2. Don’t go here."

Typical Nandos experience, ordered on the app and food was delivered correctly, quickly and hot. Good food as usual. Nice staff.

The price has certainly gone down, but so has the quality comparing to the 4 and 5 star reviews this restaurant received from few years ago.

Serivce was amazingly quick and the food quality was as great as ever. Never had a bad meal from this place. The price puts me off from being a frequent visitor but its well worth the money in the end

Still have to use a **** qrf scan code even though the restrictions have been lifted ... more chew on to order food than its worth... all the other food places in durham have restored a normal service so I'd go somwhere else and avoid this place like thr plague.
