I will start with the enclave, a wonderful place on the mountain with magnificent views, where you can hiking and then give you a homage or just delight with them on your terrace. environment care to the maximum, both inside and outside. in terms of food every dish is a real pleasure for the senses. We ask for shrimp incomings to the chin, granny salad and cheese table. it is instantly perceived that they work only quality products. the anchovies peel them by hand and are of a size more than considerable. We pass to the Valencian paella, which is a real delicacy to the palate. Made of wood as it should be, they allowed me to photograph it and I can only say I can't dream anything. I haven't eaten such an exquisite paella for a while. price/ excellent quality. We went to the treatment/attention that was unbeatable, always attentive to every need, anticipating them . a 10 in every way. restaurant 100% recommended for all kinds of public."

sensational treatment, beautiful place in the middle of the mountain range and really, for years that did not taste such a schist. In particular, the cot to the brasa, a ten to the cut, to the taste and was undone in the mouth. I asked for a prinpical dish, paella valenciana to wood, was very good, a correct ration, but I lack a touch of intensity in the sofrito of the meat, verduritas etc. All Valencians know that the secret of euna paella is the sofrito and not to be in a hurry. to weigh it down, it was very good.

"Cuando vengo al Porvenir, mi restaurante favorito, aprovecho para pasear por Gaibiel y respiro hondo porque estoy en plena Sierra Espadán, espacio protegido y querido por todos nosotros. La carta del Porvenir está impregnada del maravilloso aceite extra virgen de oliva de la Sierra y sus almendras marconas , fritas con este aceite, están deliciosas. Tienen una carta de vinos excelente. La gastronomía es autóctona: conejo al ajillo, rabo de toro, olla de pueblo... Todo ello cocinado a fuego lento, tal y como lo hacían sus padres. La hospitalidad de esta familia es contagiosa, te hacen sentir de la casa , ¡te tratan tan bien!...Yo los tengo en mi agenda de amigos , de verdad, un derroche de simpatía, paciencia, amabilidad sincera, cuidadosos con los detalles, atentos, profesionales, con un gusto innato. Su cocina es rica, sabrosa. Su carta de pescados no es nada despreciable, Macián, el pescatero del Alto Palancia, sube día sí, día también a servirles todo fresco. Los berechos naturales con aceite hay que pedirlos como tapa, imprescindible. Aquí se practica el chop, chop , (es decir, hecho a fuego lento , hecho con cariño , con materias primas excelentes). El crecimiento sostenible es otra de sus premisas, casi todos sus proveedores son de la zona...El Porvenir es tradición pero reinventada y renovada y sus raíces están impresas en las paredes, una foto enorme en blanco y negro homenajea a sus padres, los fundadores de esta bonita historia.
