"Ritorno dopo sei anni per fare tappa qui, andando in Puglia e ricordandomi della bella esperienza passata.Tutto come prima, ristorante eccellente.Ambiente tranquillo e rilassato a pranzo, servizio gentilissimo e professionale. Subito ci sono state portate delle bruschette di pane alla griglia con un'olio strepitoso.Quindi una mise en bouche bella abbondante in una tazza, con polpo stufato, vellutata di patate, polvere di olive, su una crema a base di prezzemolo tritato. Buonissimo.Mia moglie ha poi preso una frittura di paranza cucinata molto bene con pesce che si sentiva fresco, io invece dei tagliolini neri con soglioline, scampi, cannocchie, bottarga, spolverati con polvere di scorza d'arancia, altrettanto buoni e aprticolari.Abbiamo preso due calici di pecorino (stappata bottiglia davanti al tavolo. squisito, ed una bottiglia di acqua minerale.In omaggio, a fine pasto, ci sono stati portati dei biscottini alla cannella, molto graditi.Abbiamo mangiato in modo eccellente, in giusta quantità per noi dato che dovevamo proseguire il viaggio, spendendo in tutto euro."
