"Siamo andati per la prima volta in questo locale a marzo 2024 con aspettative alte, consigliato da amici, recensioni piuttosto buone...........i lati positivi terminano qui purtroppo. Il locale in stile rustico è carino ma decisamente sporco, per quanto tutte le porte e le vetrate siano chiuse, è pieno di cimici alcune morte altre vive che volano allegramente vicino ai commensali. Ci portano il menù e la carta dei vini, arriva la proprietaria, si siede al nostro tavolo e snocciola le voci del menù con qualche aggiunta. Scegliamo l 'antipasto di salumi di cinghiale, puntarelle con le alici, una fiorentina con cuori di carciofo e una bottiglia di Chianti a € 24. Gli antipasti arrivano nell 'arco di pochi minuti, vino e acqua anche. Gli antipasti sono buoni ma non memorabili e soprattutto estremamente cari. Mentre attendiamo la fiorentina osservo il titolare che si occupa della cottura sulla brace e noto che tocca la carne con le mani, per girarla sulla griglia, per tagliarla, per metterla nei piatti. Nel frattempo finiamo il pane e noto che i camerieri e la proprietaria ci evitano con la massima noncuranza. Dopo circa 45 minuti la proprietaria si avvicina e ci chiede cosa stiamo aspettando (lo chiede a noi!!!!!!! Invece di andare a vedere la comanda). Rispondiamo tranquillamente La fiorentina , al che si reca in cucina e dopo qualche minuto il marito si avvicina al nostro tavolo per scusarsi in quanto si era dimenticato della nostra fiorentina e che in 10 minuti saremmo stati serviti. Arriva una cameriera e dice che hanno finito i carciofi..... Finalmente arriva la fiorentina accompagnata da patate al forno dall 'aspetto triste e sapore anche peggio. La Fiorentina è un 'altra delusione infatti è esageratamente cruda e dura. Visto come si è svolta la serata fino a quel momento evitiamo dessert e amari. Andiamo alla cassa e chiediamo il conto, la ragazza ci comunica che ci applica uno sconto di 9€ per scusarsi dei vari problemi, totale € 140. Paghiamo ed usciamo, controllo lo scontrino e scopro l 'ultimo atto di questa vergognosa serata......il vino che sulla carta era segnato a 24€ ce l 'hanno fatto pagare 32€. Che dire......."

"This is one of the oldest and most sophisticated farm holiday and dining locations around Milan. It's quite close to town, less tha an hour's drive on the South-Western side, and very well refurbished. In fact it is a completely renovated set of buildings,...as nice as the nicest farm hotel in Tuscany, with spa-wellness, meeting centre, hotel rooms, a restaurant and this simpler bistrot It does have cows in sight, has maintained the overall structure and looks of a traditional cascina farm house just very thoroughly cleaned up and kept. The bistrot itself is in a building in the main courtyard, with few tables under a veranda and a dozen within a single large room with welcome and mild air conditioning, if it gets noisy with patrons' voices when busy. We had a three-courses meal, accurately served and kindly, if a bit slowly two hours overall. We liked very much ravioli stuffed with carp fish, with a simple molten butter sauce: both fish and butter were great, and the dough was tasty. Mixed cold cuts were pleasant, while risotto with sturgeon and lemon zest was very good if a bit less done than I like it. Second courses were ok: we choose simple pork ribs and sausages, both grilled while taking out fat with beer and sugar for the ribs, which was quite pleasant if less compelling than first courses. A tagliata beef steak was similarly good. Desserts were also good a chocolate and a meringue pudding. With plenty of bottled water, two glasses of wine and coffee the bill added up to a bit over Euro per person: reasonable for a good lunch in a quite sophisticated place, consistent with the fact this is an elegant restaurant in a farm environment, rather than a farm where tourists can come and eat."
