"Per qualcuno “tornare indietro nel tempo” è concetto negativo, quindi chiariamo subito. Qui non parliamo di menù prestampato, di cibi standardizzati, stiamo parlando un un ristorante bar che ad una certa ora cessa il servizio bar per dedicarsi alla cucina (ed al forno per le pizze!!! questo vuol dire che Antonio arriva e vi dice cosa offre quel giorno la cucina, il che significa cosa offre il mercato e l’orlo proprio, cosa offre quindi la stagione. Ecco cosa si intende con “tornare indietro nel tempo”: rapporto diretto personale, ingredienti genuini e voglia di ascoltare, di farsi consigliare per scoprire cosa offre la cucina dell’ entroterra ligure in quella stagione. Certo che poi il quid in più è l’ottima preparazione di tutto, dagli antipasti al dolce, ottima cucina! Uscire dagli schemi per ritrovare il sapore ed il sapere: delle stagioni, degli ingredienti e della tradizione in cucina. Prenotate!!! P.s. la marmellata di prugne del loro orto, abbinata ai formaggi, era così buona che non abbiamo resistito a farcene dare un piccolissimo assaggio da portar via, ma che fatica!!!"

"Cena con amici ....che dire SPETTACOLO.....appena seduti verdure miste con pinzimonio.....salami misti.....antipasti freddi e caldi serviti con pane abbrustolito e palline fritte con verdure tutto fresco e buonissimi ..... due primi eccezionali....tre secondi tra qui un piatto e orme di lumache conto o patatine fresche fritte x concludere due dolci fatti in casa...tutto annaffiato con dolcetto e rosé della casa.....caffè grappa acqua gasata fresca a volontà il titolare spettacolare .,.in cucina e sevizio da 5/6 stelle noi ritorneremo ancora al più presto.....grazie PINOCCHIO......parcheggio in una grossa piazza locale pulito e attraente.......saluti Pascucci"

"After a long car trip, we finally met this sublime local. the interior is very imaginative and fun, furnished with good goto. after being accommodated the kind waitress began to serve us the appetizers accompanied by excellent wine, chosen for the occasion. the appetizer is ready followed with a chicken breast in salad. In my opinion the best dish. to follow excellent cutters with iced cheese, drowned in excellent truffle. It seems that the truffle comes from the ancient truffles of the area, which after years of abandonment have finally been remitted. to follow, the incredible experience of the truffle continues with a delicious beef medallion also covered with black truffle. the meat is cooked at the right point and the inside remains gently pink. Only sa sins sweet, perhaps too heavy. a biscuit filled with jam with over strawberries and chantilly cream. overall a great experience."

"We were at dinner this Saturday of October and I was pleasantly impressed, tasting menu with many appetizers, two first, two seconds and even 4 desserts (2 slices of cake, a fantastic semifreddo and a tortino with the warm heart of chocolate and the fresh cream waiter made at the moment) Ravioli with the chopped herbs, bread and fried bread produced with the whole flour of their production, tasty and light cream, To try absolutely their sauce with the delicious vessalic garlic! Triple with beans, peppers with cauda wet, tender meat with baked potatoes all cooked in a perfect way! And say that we turn in all these places in the Ligurian hinterland but here is one of the best, great wine and really honest price considering the careful processing and the use of good raw materials at km zero as their extra virgin olive oil.
