Un vieil homme avec une casquette blanche est sorti et à peu près ... m'a gémi d'être là. Il a accepté ma commande avec réticence pour un plateau de jambon froid et de pain, plus une grande bière. À il m'a chassé, bien que certains invités aient dit qu'ils étaient ouverts jusqu'à ce que j'aie avalé ma deuxième bière et que je me prépare à payer: le plateau de jambon coûte des euros et les grandes bières en euros. J'avais des euros en espèces, donc payé par carte. le même serveur me gémit à nouveau, préparant la machine à cartes pour une carte EC. Le mien était un choix de débit Visa ou Mastercard CCard. J'étais un peu vexé du prix de la bière. «Ils devaient crier». Pour être clair: la bière était servie dans un pot en argile avec de la mousse sur le dessus et si c'était un litre? Großes Lob für das exzellente Weihnachtsmittagessen am 26.12.24, alles war sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zubereitet, wir alle haben uns wie immer sehr wohlgefühlt, besser geht es kaum, wir kommen gern wieder!

Das rustikale Ambiente muss man mögen um sich wohl zu fühlen. Uns hat es gefallen, das Essen war gut, die Musiker spielten verschiedene Stile . Es war gerammelt voll und leider meinten einige Gäste, ihr Gegröle sei toll.

Es ist halt ein Event und man kommt im Mittelalter halt an. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn man da einen Tisch reserviert, dass man dem Gast erklärt, dass man mit an einen Tisch gesetzt wird. Völlig überraschend sitzt man mit fremden Menschen an einem Tisch. Weder man mag das oder man geht in einer größeren Gruppe. Zum Essen, also eine rinderroulade mit 2 Scheiben Klos und rotkraut für 22 Euro sind ordentlich, die Roulade empfand persönlich für den preis sehr trocken. Aber das schlimmste und ich bin kein vielfrass ist, dass man danach noch hungert hatte, weil es zu wenig aufm Teller ist. Ambiente und Erlebnisgastro hin oder her, aber für 22 Euro muss der Bauch voll sein. Das Hähnchen mit Reis wa...

Nous avons demandé des suggestions à l'hôtel et le réceptionniste nous a demandé si nous aimions manger avec nos mains. Pas vraiment et c'était un voyage d'affaires, mais nous avions eu une si belle réunion et nous nous sommes demandé pourquoi pas! Nous sommes arrivés ... un peu tôt ou du moins avant leur ouverture et ils ne nous ont pas laissé faire, alors nous avons fait une petite promenade dans le quartier environnant pour voir les lumières de Noël. Ils étaient ouverts quand nous sommes revenus et nous sommes entrés dans cet endroit sombre et médiéval avec une belle grande cheminée crépitante. Le menu était en allemand et il faisait sombre, donc nous ne pouvions pas vraiment le lire. Nou...

"On our relatively spontaneous journey to Saxony and Thuringia, Dresden was of course also on the programme. In the Saxon capital I can regularly travel professionally, but for my loved one it was the first visit and of course also the magic of Elbflorenz worked with him. Only this beauty there in the crowd can be something overwhelming and particularly time-consuming. It fits perfectly into our daily planning that the enjoyment studio opens its doors for a gourmet lunch exclusively on Sunday. For a long time I wanted to enjoy the youngest star restaurant in the striking and pale taste of Dresden. on and out were relaxed, cost-effective and wine-friendly with the tram; the stop is only above the intersection. Of course, we didn't let it take us to admire the Waldschlösschen bridge, which is very close to the Dresden Elbtal, a UNESCO World Heritage site. I found the vaulted construction quite apart, but whether quite or ugly, traffic necessary or tax grave no longer to discuss. A supportive young man was already on the way to good service and at the end we met another gentleman who impressed us with friendly sovereignty. All my powers are included in the assessment. We chose both from the two lunch menus 5 courses for very cheap €64! and after this responsible decision “deserved”. Ruinart rosé is presented in a glass-like studio. This is not exactly the cheapest bottle fermentation from French countries, but 25€ per glass are already an announcement for a non-year in Germany. Factor 3 or more will generate costs as a contribution to coverage. Lunch break “Mischkalkulation”. In the very early hour of the day we enjoyed a Pinot Blanc from the steep slopes of the Meissen Winery Mariaberg €38. By the way, the wine is cultivated by Stefan Bönsch from Dresden Langebrück, whose own sweet but surprisingly complex barn plant S convinced us on the recommendation of Mrs. Wirtin an dessert and cheese. Of course, the bottle of the Saxon mineral water at the end of the summer was stolen by 5.9€, now by 50 cents more. The bare tables were clearly covered. It followed an intense essence of beef, class in meat flavor that the service at the table angoss.
