We tried tapas at a few places. They were fine but not great. This place was a flavor explosion. The calamari and the avocado salad were some of the best foods we've eaten period. So, when we arrived it was made clear that the restaurant was very busy but looking around only half the table were filled and there were lots of staff visible. Service was slow and when we were brought our main courses, two out of the four orders were wrong. To be fair, the steak was really well prepared and the tuna poke bowl was delicious. The manager apologised at the end of the meal for inexperienced staff, but we felt this was more to try and avoid us arguing about the bill rather than genuinely being sorry.
