silvester evening. the restaurant was full and it was very tight and somehow uncomfortable. the service staff was very friendly and very dedicated. the filetsteak was very soft almost mushy and rather real as medium roasted. the beraise sauce was from the pack and the brot was lukewarm and not crispy at all.The kartoffel with sourcream was very good. the salat was fresh but the dressing was without much taste. the rumpsteak was small and alone with the roast bread on the plate without ketchup or steak sauce, crimped butter came extra.The drinks came flott and were okay. the price ratio is not true. the two dishes were too expensive for what was offered.
