After ordering food totalling £14 my bank was charged over £24 that's nearly 50% for delivery ,no mention of delivery charges on menu ,beware

My husband was disappointed with his Bombay aloo the potatoes still had the skin on them so he has refused to eat it , the other bits where good although the naan bread was a bit burnt but edible

After hearing rave reviews about this restaurant, we decided to treat ourselves to a Sunday night meal. We placed an order through Deliveroo at 9:20pm, but unfortunately it was declined at 9:35pm because the restaurant was too busy to fulfill our order. It was disappointing to wait 15 minutes only to find out we wouldn't be receiving our meals. As a result, we won't be ordering from this restaurant again. Voir le carte

Haven’t ordered a takeaway for a while from Andover Tandoori but decided to treat ourselves a couple days ago!! A bit disappointed in our curry as we couldn’t find the lamb in it ? The sauce was lovely but to be honest we did order a curry with meat in to which there was only 2 small pieces extremely disappointed as it always use to be excellent potions with plenty of meat!! Might have to try somewhere else now!!

It wouldn't be fair to judge the food at this restaurant since I didn't even get a chance to order. I waited for a bit, which is understandable, but when the guy finally came to take my order, he interrupted me to answer a phone call and completely ignored me. I ended up going to Sultan, a place I had never tried before, and I had a great meal there. So, in a way, I am grateful for the poor service at the other restaurant!

We have used Andover Tandoori for a few years now and always enjoyed the food. However more recently on 4 occasions now they have missed items from our order and on return from a 20 mile round trip this is frustrating and inconvenient. I don’t understand how they can make the same reoccurring **** up so frequently. It definitely takes the shine off of having a treat takeaway when you have to start cooking rice when you get home to make up for what they missed off your order! ! I ordered food online for delivery at 7:30 pm. It had not arrived by 7:45 pm, so I tried to call but only got an answering machine. I called again at 8 pm and was told it was out for delivery. Still, nothing arrived, so I continued to call but only received automated responses. At 9 pm, I left a message saying if we didn't hear anything in the next 10 minutes, we would cancel our order. When we didn't hear anything, we sent an email canceling our order and requesting a full refund. After three days with no communication, I called again and spoke to the manager who arranged for the refund. I have enjoyed their food in the past but will not use them again after this experience.

Would not recommend this place at all these days. They used to be great, sending out great quality curries that were really filling. Over the past few months things have really taken a slide. The last three times I’ve ordered from them, the curry has been just. Pot of oil and a few shreds of chicken. Pretty much no actual sauce. I don’t know if they just take a bit of left over sauce from the day before and ‘rehydrate it’ with a boat load of oil and call that a good job or if they are just sending out oil in general. We ordered for delivery at 18:16 on a Saturday evening online, received a confirmation email stating that it would be about an hour and a half for delivery. Clearly busy so no problem with that. At 19:40 we called to see how close we were to delivery, after checking, we were assured that there was nothing left to go out and that our order was with the delivery driver. We called again at 20:05, this time to be told that they would speak to the driver and call us back. We received a call back at 20:20 informing us that it would be with us anytime, we did share concerns that it would be cold, we were told if it were cold, to let them know.
