"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the manager's behavior. When I joined my friends at their table with the intention of ordering food, the manager, an older gentleman, acted aggressively and rudely. He informed me that the meals wouldn't arrive simultaneously, although I hadn't even inquired about the timing. His glare was unsettling and, feeling uncomfortable, I ultimately chose to leave. It was quite disrespectful, and I also struggled to comprehend much of what he was saying. Meal type: Dinner."

A lovely party atmosphere for our son's birthday. Delicious food with very good service. A happy, fun Saturday evening with 13 Happy Birthday celebrations being sung during our visit. Went there on Saturday 4th November, with my mum and partner, we all very much enjoyed our meal while we were there and left feeling full. However later that same evening I started feeling unwell and got food poisoning which unfortunately ruined my whole experience of the restaurant and I will not be returning. "We went a few weeks ago for afternoon as we had a voucher to use. I found the booking process a bit difficult at the start as I emailed them online requesting the booking and had to chase it to get it sorted. They then emailed me back asking of any allergies etc and we asked for no cheese sandwiches but when we got the afternoon tea cheese sandwiches were on the plates. We did find the food really really good though, very nice and lots of it. Had to take some home! Would definitely recommend it. We will go back and try other items as they had a great list of food on the menu if you didn't want afternoon tea. Fantastic place I would go give it a try!"

"We had a table booked for 7:15pm and to their credit, the staff allowed us to purchase drinks from a nearby place as we were a bit late. There were four of us and the restaurant was empty except for a couple at the table next to us. We opted to skip starters and were served poppadoms promptly. However, our main meals were not served until 9:15pm. Throughout the wait, the staff kept assuring us that our food would be ready "in 5 minutes", which turned out to be a lot longer. It was evident that they were prioritizing takeout orders over us. We considered leaving a few times and looking back, I'm surprised we didn't. It was disappointing because the food was good and we've had positive experiences at this restaurant in the past. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor and we will not be returning."

"It's been years since I've visited Worcester, after a days work, I really needed a food and drink break, there's plenty of other places I could have gone, but I've used Coffee Warehouse times before an always got great food and service here,...so it was a no brainer, food is cooked fresh as you order it, and the coffee, like the food is full of flavour, service is second to non, I'll be going back next week"

"We have never visited Benedictos in person but ordered a takeaway last night via JustEat. The food arrived really quickly but that was the only positive unfortunately. We ordered a mozzarella garlic bread and whilst the middle was nice, the edges were completely burnt and...inedible. We also ordered lasagna for the main dish and again, one of these portions was incredibly burnt. It was also swimming in a very salty tomato-based sauce. The onion rings and fries as sides were ok. We were really disappointed with our food not cheap either at £35. We wouldn’t recommend Benedictos and won’t be ordering for delivery or visiting the restaurant."
