"Tutto molto buono, grande e fatto in casa. Va alle migliori pizzerie gourmet in circolazione che fanno solo scena, qui sono serie. "Che dire, la chef Barbara Simoncini, non delude mai, ieri sera abbiamo mangiato uno squisito menù degustazione, abbiamo iniziato con una piccola entre’, uno squisito pate’ di fegatini alla toscana, poi un antipasto di lingua in crosta, con salsa verde, crema di topinanbur e salsa teriyaki (fatta in casa); a seguire due primi, tonnarelli tartufo e scampo crudo, ottimo (non fotografato); riso carnaroli, intimino di bietola, salsa di peperoni e calamaro; come secondo petto d’anatra, cipolla e uva caramellata e salsa albufera (realizzata divinamente); per ultimo, ma non da meno la degustazione di dolci, semifreddo al cioccolato, semifreddo al caffè e mousse a gli agrumi.Tutto eccezionale, grazie di cuore a Barbara e a tutto lo staff."

"with the desire to eat good meat during our trip to the Tuscan discovery, we stopped in this restaurant that gave us a real experience! we were greeted and guided in the order of the dishes that we placed in a very well cared for location. the meat was to say little delicacy and cooked perfectly according to our requests. the bombettes that proposed us as a starter were superlative, and prepared at the moment behind an exposed kitchen counter. we were surprised by the passion and professionalism that in this place exudes in every detail. to finish the dinner in all sweetness, despite it was late, fifth star very well deserved when on our request of 2 portions of tiramisu did not hesitate a moment to prepare it despite it was exhausted. if we summarize again in the area will surely be a stop not to be missed!"

"L'Inn è rimasto nel tradizionale stile rustico toscano con un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Il posto è circondato dai boschi di Camugliano e fauna selvatica, con incredibile pace. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto locale, molto ricco diverso dal classico antipasto toscano. Come un secondo abbiamo preso un taglio con il lato di patate arrosto servito su un piatto che consente di cucinare un'altra carne se non si preferisce il sangue ma leggermente cucinato. Abbiamo anche assaggiato il vino prodotto da loro, leggero e poco dolce, che era ben sposato con il taglio. Il personale molto gentile, nonostante abbiamo presentato senza prenotazione e con la camera completa abbiamo trovato un angolo intimo e tranquillo solo per noi due. I prezzi sono leggermente alti, ma considerando la posizione al di fuori della città nella tranquillità della natura e la qualità dei prodotti a km 0 merita davvero di andare!"
