They have a lot of vegan opcions: kebabs, pizzas, durums… all super delicious and tasty! We loved it!

Döner, Lahmacun, Pide, Pizza, Yufka etc... All available in vegan with meat substitutes, vegan cheese and sauces. Soooo good!

Whether a vegan dungeon with soy-seitan, a vegan falafel yufka or recently even the Pide Amara Vegan with vegan cheese, barbecue vegetables, seitan and more, there is something for every taste! The Amara is and remains my all time favoite Döner in Freiburg and surroundings!

What can I say about Amara that hasn't been said before? Want something from a döner place and you're vegan? Choice made. Everything on the menu they make for meat-eaters they make vegan. Döner? Other wraps? Plates? Pizza? You're covered. And everything that's vegan on the menu is labelled so, and the staff know how to handle it. Every student in Freiburg has a favourite döner place. Either it's Amara, or it's the closest one to their dorm. It's a bit more expensive than a normal döner place. But honestly, it's worth it.
