Excellent. Great atmosphere, good food and very friendly staff. If you are during the asparagus (white asparagus) season, you simply have to order. Especially good with a carving. I'm back. Voir le carte

Five stars, something else does not come into question here at all: very nice and competent staff, great ambience with new, appealing table decoration and the fine kitchen of the Sascha Höltig! The only question is whether this kitchen is best appetizers, main dishes or desserts. This cook seems to be successful in everything, and it presents every guest a small kind of ceremonial sample: Do I order this from the last visit today because it was so incredibly perfect and tasty? Or do I extend my horizon and order something else? Again and again a highlight, a visit to the Old German Schänke. My wife and I like to drive 40km (a possibility). More recognition is not possible.

Wir waren am 14.4. dort zum Essen. Spargel mit Rührei und Spargel mit Schinken.4 Stangen Spargel je Gericht fanden wir zwar etwas "übersichtlich", jedoch war der Spargel erstklassig im Geschmack, auf den Punkt gekocht. Rührei frisch und Schinken von sehr guter Qualität.Das Ambiente hat sich die letzten 30 Jahre wohl nicht verändert und erfordert teils eine kleine "Auffrischung" des, sonst gemütlichen, Restaurants. Im Sommer hatten wir dort schon mal den schönen Garten genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn der männliche Service Dienst hat.
