Restaurant set in the medieval village of Filetto, small but very well maintained. Typical local dishes revisited in a modern way, as well as an estro from the chefs. Definitely not enough a dinner to taste all the delicacies of the menu. Booking in advance, also the possibility of having a dedicated vegetarian and/or vegan menu. Fantastic experience in Filetto di Villafranca in Lunigiana. Random meeting with the local and the two owners/cuoche/camerie ... Mum dedicated to jumping and Daughter specialized in dessert.
