"we booked in alex a table for 22 people (nearly we booked for 18, but we called a week before to change the reservation to 22.) Finally we are 21 people and when we arrive there are not for all chairs. we are cool, it's easy to accommodate 3 more people on such a big table when the 3 chairs are missing. Well, apparently not so easy for them, they gave one of us a high chair where it was impossible to eat comfortably. we have asked the waitress several times to give us a normal chair, the restaurant had several empty tables (all tables outside were empty, and the table next to us was also empty), and they complained very aggressive about why they couldn't? Take a chair from an empty table to give it to us. I repeat, we were 20 people who spend an average of 25 euro per person, it is a lot of money spent to get at least one decent treatment and in any case get a chair to eat. they had to call the responsible, who once again said rudely: it is not possible to get one of the 20 empty chairs around us. After they had complained a lot, they accepted to give a chair, ridiculous situation. . the rest of the night we got a similar terrible service. from our 3 waiters, the men and the blonde girl were all ok, polite and correct, the other black-haired waitress we got was constantly rude with us. last detail to leave us with the worse taste, they decided that we could not pay at the table but each time we had to pay. I waited for more than 15 minutes in the waiting queue to pay, never got a smile, thank you or anything from her. In summary, the food was average, nothing special, the service was worse than terrible thanks to this waitress (I must say she made it terrible, the other 2 waiters have tried to make it good) I have 25 euro for a burger and 2 drinks I was in mcdonalds, definitiw a better option to eat next time."

Mayence, une ville historique sur le Rhin, est connue pour sa culture du vin et son Spundekäs, une trempette fromagère crémeuse souvent accompagnée de bretzels ; c'est un délice culinaire central.
