Extremely kind staff, did absolutely everything to accommodate our needs. Lovely atmosphere and lovely drinks couldn’t recommend a better place to relax!

Rude and atrocious service, especially to non Germans! Avoid anywhere else will be better. Had two coffees and wouldn’t have wanted anything else. People and staff looked very grumpy.

We had beers here while sightseeing in the neighborhood. This place has a pleasant terrace at the foot of Berlin's famous TV Tower next to the fountains. Beers were reasonably priced. The service was friendly. Voir le carte

good food, delicious drinks and very friendly staff. the terrace is amazing and the atmosphere also. coffee, ice, beer with friends, dinner, all. also many families, so this place would call family friendly. fortunately we recommend...more times on our honeymoon back.

This Alex Bar is super visited for a bite to eat well everything spot on. Our Server was cheerful polite and our food lovely had the Asian food bowl yummy great value this place is spotless and a great find when in Berlin and wish...good food a good choice of drinks at good price.

We went in for lunch mid afternoon. It was not very busy in the restaurant but we were basically ignored the whole time. After finally recieving our order we were never checked on again for at least minutes and had to flag down a...server to order dessert. The food was good though. Voir le carte

Avoid this place! The staff are morons. Tried to get a seat with proof of ALL 3 COVID shots, and even though the hotel, the Christmas markets, AND the border guards were fine with the vaccine cards, Alex wouldn’t seat us without a stupid phone...app that we can’t get since we’re not EU citizens!

we were sitting outside a table. After we waited ten minutes, we went to ask ourselves how to order. on the table it was a QR code that prompted us to download an app and I wouldn't do that. the personal in the inner told us to wait at the table, and we did. to cut this story short, we finally got our beer and softdrinks after more than 30 minutes. the food came at the same time. had a thai huh (red curry). tried as though. the carving was good/average, I say it. Maybe we visited in difficult hours for employees (approximately 2 clock,) but customer-oriented the experience was not good. will like to wait half an hour for good food, but not for regular beer.

I was here with a friend in March. The waitress was not only very frosty on arrival, but she said we needed photo Id accompany our covid passports. Another staff member said this wasn’t necessary yet this waitress insisted we weren’t welcome. We returned the...next day with our id and weren’t even asked for it! This same waitress was coincidentally our server and she was unpleasant, frosty and verging on rude. She took offence when I asked to see the full bill before paying. Food was pretty poor (prawns with pasta was dry and over cooked). The schnitzel was ok. Shame as it’s a nice looking restaurant in a great location but we won’t be back!
