"A traditional restaurant in Peñafiel with authentic food and variety of wine selection. Although I did not make a reservation and walked in, they tried to make a table for me and served the food with warm heart. As the food and wine with its authentic atmosphere, I had to return the restaurant and Noemi and her colleagues organised to reserve a table for me for following day and had a wonderful opportunity to enjoy their food once more. Highly recommend this place for anyone who travels/visits to Peñafiel and wish you would not miss this fantastic chance."

"Fuimos a comer un domingo y la experiencia resultó ESPECTACULAR!!! Al llegar nos enseñaron la bodega de vinos del restaurante y es increíble! Para terminar la visita nos invitaron a una copa de uno de los mejores cavas de España. Luego entramos en el restaurante y nos dieron un pequeño tour por las cocinas en las que nos prepararon unos pequeños bocados EXCEPCIONALES!! Seguidamente nos sentamos en la mesa y empieza el menú degustación. Todos los platos tenían un hilo conductor que era la conservación de alimentos, y cada elaboración era EXQUISITA. No hicimos el maridaje pero tomamos una botella de Pago de Carraovejas impresionante. La vajilla, la cubertería, la cristalería ESPECTACULARES. El servicio impecable, muy amables, súper profesionales y atentos. El café nos lo sirvieron en la zona de bar con unas vistas al castillo de Peñafiel PRECIOSAS! El precio, por toda la experiencia desde el Minuto cero hasta que sales por la puerta, es muy correcto. Sin ninguna duda volveremos cada vez que podamos a disfrutar de este excepcional restaurante."

"Este local lo visité por las críticas y estuvo muy bien. Las mollejas de cordero perfectas, el ambiente es acogedor y el personal que me atendió espectacular, atentos, profesionales y muy amables. Eso sí, el revuelto de trigueros que pedí no es lo suyo, estaba blanducho e insípido. Pero lo compensa el resto. Estuve viendo lo que pedían el resto de las mesas y por lo que pude ver (y oler) tenía todo una pinta magnífica. Además, el camarero que me atendió me invitó a ver la zona subterránea y antigua de la bodega, muy bonita, lo que le agradezco muchísimo."

"we went to this restaurant because of the reviews read here. we are obviously there in a bad night. we arrived at 9 o'clock and we were shown in the beautiful room above. the waiter came and when we were asked for the slumber, we were informed that we had to order 24 hours. in advance nowhere on any menu or check this has been mentioned. we chose a basalau and orangensalat, followed by rfabo de torro for me and trusted by sucking pig for my wife. the wee came and 5 minutes later to share the salate, very good so far. the half of the way through the salat came a waitress with our main courses, my was only rabo, without veg or kartoffeln, my wife was not so ordered. the waitress took my wife away and 10mins later with something that looked more like the order, but was not edible. I complained that my meal was now cold and was not edible. the waitress began to fight and talk out, at the end I asked the owner to see. he explained there were problems in the kitchen, we said we would pay for the wee and the starter and nothing else. He just accused us of crying. when we went through the bar, it was absolutely packed with people waiting for the restaurant, if they had problems with the kitchen, then a ritus would have broken out."
