"Ein gelungener Abend! Wir verbringen den ersten Winter in unserer neuen Heimat Gera Lario und stellen fest, dass seit Mitte Dezember beinahe alle Restaurants in unserer Nachbarschaft geschlossen haben. Deshalb haben wir uns um so mehr gefreut, dass in Domaso das Restaurant Pescatori jeden Tag geöffnet hat. Wir wurden vom sympathischen Kellner sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Einrichtung im Restaurant ist gemütlich, der Service sehr freundlich alle Speisen und Weine haben unseren Geschmack sehr gut getroffen. Es gab einen Gruß aus der Küche, der sehr reichhaltig war und uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Wir haben Nudelgerichte, Fisch und Roastbeef und ein sehr gutes Tiramisu gegessen. Alle Super! Una serata di successo. Trascorriamo il primo inverno nella nostra nuova casa Gera Lario e ci rendiamo conto che quasi tutti i ristoranti del nostro quartiere sono chiusi da metà dicembre. Per questo eravamo tutti più contenti che il ristorante Pescatori di Domaso fosse aperto tutti i giorni. Siamo stati accolti molto cordialmente dal cameriere amichevole. L'interno del ristorante è confortevole, il servizio molto cordiale, tutti i piatti ei vini hanno incontrato molto bene il nostro gusto. Ci fu un saluto dalla cucina, che era molto ricca e aveva un sapore molto buono. Abbiamo mangiato primi piatti, pesce e roast beef e un buonissimo tiramisù. Tutto bene!"

"Qualità e cordialità in riva al lago! Che dire, non posso che consigliare questo ristorante per diversi motivi; -innanzitutto il locale: curato e molto elegante, organizzato su due piani, il secondo rimane veramente caratteristico e con un'atmosfera calda, il tutto valorizzando la vista sul lago. -personale: locale di gestione famigliare, dal momento in cui si varca la porta d'ingresso si respira subito un'aria di casa; il proprietario gestisce il ristorante con un'enorme passione, sia nel dialogo con il cliente sia nella cura dei piatti. -menù: piatti a base di mare e qualità davvero ottima, ma per questo lascio parlare le fotografie! Ho apprezzato tantissimo la cura per il cliente, cosa non scontata in questa località turistica! Voto dieci !"

"We had meals on two evenings in La Ronde as it was beside our hotel. After the first meal and rude service from our waiter we shouldn't have bothered going back. My pasta dish was not as described by the waiter when I placed my order on the first evening. He explained it was pasta with cheese and garlic. What I got was pasta floating in an oily sauce with potato and something that resembled cabbage. The second night I ordered lasagne which arrived on the table about twenty seconds after I placed my order. It was burned black and at this stage we should have left. Don't waste your money in La Ronde. Go to the Hostal restaurant nearby at the lake where you'll get very good food and great service cheaper than La Ronde. The only good thing about this restaurant is the building itself which is lovely and has an outdoor dining area."

"Very frequented by the locals. A true home-cooking style place, friendly service though sometimes a bit slow. Better make reservations on week.ends. Large parking space available. it's out of town on the way south to MIlan. Mind you: portions are huge. So if your not crazily hungry , did not hike or kite-surf all day, share a single portion. The steak or the milanese cotoletta were double portion. As well as the side dishes. Even the antipasti were generous. Desserts are quite standard in choice. Don't get there late in the eve as this area has more Swiss habits than southern Italian."
