"My wife and I sat down to excellent Schnitzel here recently. The atmosphere was very 'gemutlisch'. The air was filled with delicious smells and warm laughter. It's definitely warmer down in the main room. The upstairs is a little cooler and quieter but you're going to have to duck a bit if you're over 5'8! The food was delicious. Our server was a little inexperienced and possessed no English at all (which isn't points against, but my German is poor, so as a tourist in a tourist town I always appreciate a little help with the wine list or the specials of the day). The do have an English menu which was quite helpful. All in all, an excellent night. Delicious food and a very authentic cultural experience!"

"Nach dem vierten Besuch über einen längeren Zeitraum (2 Jahre), ist es nun an der Zeit eine Bewertung zu schreiben.Das Haddows Gastwerk liegt mitten in Buxtehude und kann mit dem PKW nicht direkt angefahren werden. Parkmöglichkeiten, wenn man Glück hat, in einer Querstraße sonst ist ein kleiner Fußmarsch aus näherer Umgebung nötig, da Parkplätze in den Abendstunden rar.Das Haus erstreckt sich über drei Etagen. Das Erdgeschoß ist ebenerdig und stufenlos zu erreichen, daher behindertengerecht. Das sich die Toiletten im zweiten Stock, über eine Treppe zu erreichen, sollte berücksichtigt werden.Der in der Vergangenheit unangenehme Küchengeruch, der sich durch das ganze Haus zog, ist durch eine verbesserte Lüftungsanlage vermindert worden.Nun zu den Speisen und Getränken: wohlschmeckend, abwechslungsreich, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Diese Aussage gilt auch für die Getränke. Kurz gesagt: "Gepflegte Speisen und Getränke". Das bei unserem letzten Besuch Grappa und Sambuca verwechselt wurde, sehen wir gerne nach. denn der Service war ansonsten ohne Makel, aufmerksam (nimmt die Garderobe ab und hilft wieder in den Mantel) und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"We have eaten at hundreds of restaurants over the years. This restaurant offers good food at a fair price. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the menu offers a great variety, service is quick, restaurant is very clean and seating is attractive. They do not accept credit cards. I am only giving them 3 stars because on a cool July evening the restaurant was extremely warm. Most of our fellow customers were fanning themselves to cool off since this restaurant is not air conditioned. Probably better to visit when it is cold outside."

"short is a visit to this restaurant every cent worth! eating is super tasty, the prices absolutely reasonable, and the service is very friendly and reliable. because I did not manage my main dish completely (we have just ordered and squeezed too many of the delicious appetizers, we left the restpack. When the cook asked us if everything was delicious and everything was to our satisfaction, he asked us why so much remains. I realized that he was seriously concerned about whether eating really tasted us or not and whether we were wasting guests. I think his performance is great and I was happy about it. so I told him again that it was super tasty, but I overhauled with all the appetizers. now I can enjoy a very tasty portion tikka masala in front of the television: we come here in future even more often definitiw and here will like to spend our money for qualitatiw high quality and tasty eating, great service and a beautiful environment. really the only manko was for me the wide table where we sat on four, as I like to make myself wide from comfort when eating. but then my kunpel would have had all the time my bow in his eating, which we wish the owner, his family and all the workers of the heart to continue doing good business! next time I visit I also make photos. I had just such a huge appetit on all the delicious things that I had only come to the idea after I pulverized everything"

"Ein paar Gründe warum man in Buxtehude unbedingt mal zum China Palace essen gehen sollte. Erstens: Im China Palace Buxtehude arbeiten vermutlich die nettesten Mitarbeiter im ganzen Landkreis Stade.Zweitens:Das Essen ist sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Wir hatten bisher keine Portion die nicht geschmeckt hätte. Drittens:Das Essen ist (auf Wunsch) auch für Leute die nicht so scharf essen wollen sehr gut gewürzt. Viertens:Die Preise sind fair und angemessen. Fünftens:Essen zum abholen bestellen und gleich los fahren. Meistens ist das Essen nach 10-15 Minuten bereits abholfertig. Sehr schnelle Küche! Wem das nicht reicht für einen Besuch bei unserem Lieblingsrestaurant für Asiatisches Essen, dem kann ich wohl auch nicht helfen :-)"
