Akropolis - Carte

It was all good, but the meat somehow lacks a sauce, but maybe you eat it in Greece, but my taste is too dry, even if the meat was very delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive. Would come back and maybe try something else.

Restaurant is located at the main road from Waldshut to Tiengen. Parking in front of restaurant is only possible outside of peak hours. Park across the Road at Möbel Seip. Food is ok. I had a beef filet which was well coked. Price quality is ok.

The food, the personnel, the place, the ambience, the prices....it's just everything excellent there. I'm going there several times a year and it was always terrific and they are all very lovely and friendly. This restaurant is one of my favourites. Voir le carte

I've been here a few times with my wife, and each time we enjoy it. Nice service, tasty food, good wine, friendly owners and staff. My wife would pretty much come here even if it were only for the fig dessert. We also brought her parents here and they had a great time. I've seen plenty of families as well, so don't worry about bringing the kids.

This is a nice place in which we appreciate the Greek touch: Frozen uzo to start with, lemon with lamb cotelette. The portion are really generous, which is a pity as you would like to taste everything. Luckily they provide doggy-bag. Greek wines are surprising and definitively worth a try. Specially at the price they are offered (8€ for 0.5l for most wines). Atmosphere is quite nice with a very kitsch decoration.

This used to be one of our favourite Greek restaurants. The staff continues to be attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, over the years, the quality of the food has gone down. The last time we were there, the tomatoes looked like they had seen better days, and the meat, which had never given us stomach problems, managed to upset our stomachs. This happened during our last 3 visits there in 2016, so we will not be going back. Voir le carte

I visited Akropolis so many times, not only because of the superior quality and the totally fresh food, the unforgettable taste and the very good prices!! Not because the service is excellent and very friendly! Not because the quantity is ...Greek style, but because the overall experience is much better than MANY Greek restaurants .....in Greece!!Last time I visited Akropolis with a Greek friend of mine from Athens and he said that is not easy to find in Athens a restaurant like Akropolis!!!Well done Chef and staff!!

The deco, is like in most Greek restaurants I have been to outside of Greece : .... a lot like in the "my fat Greek wedding" film. You manage to get passed that very fast though, as the food captures all your senses.A long menu (mainly meat, but vegetarians still have a few choices mostly from the starters), of very well prepared and well presented, generous (huge) portions awaits you.If you want to save some room for dessert, you might wish to consider sharing your main dish our skipping starters for instance. The staff kindly offers doggy bags for those with big appetites but a small stomachs.The music is Greek, but goes unnoticed (very discreet).We made a reservation, the place was full.

We visited this town for some shopping and wanted to eat something small before returning back to Switzerland. The menu offered a lot of options, actually rather too many for my taste. We ordered a few cold and warm starters expecting some small plates of 'amuse bouche', but instead we end up with three plates of food which could easily qualified as main dishes...
