"Etwas bieder, das erste Blick aufs Ristorante... will man hier essen? Ja! Man sollte unbedingt hier essen.. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Mit einem sehr freundlichen Service mit etwas Italianita wird man bedient, die Pizzas sind super, herrlich knusprig, die Pasta lecker, der Salat frisch und knackig, die Weinauswahl ansprechend. Mit einem Stück Brot aus dem kleinen Weinkistli, das zu Beginn gereicht wird, tritt das Dorfbeizliähnliche Ambiente in den Hintergrund und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Wir gehen immer wieder gerne."

"Wir sind zum zweiten Mal im Paxmontana abgestiegen, und wir waren so begeistert wie beim ersten Mal! Der sorgfältig restaurierte Jugendstil gefällt uns sehr gut, wir schätzen das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, die Aussicht ist sowieso fast nicht zu überbieten, die Betten sind bequem und die Dusche gross bemessen. Wenn wir einen Wermutstropfen finden wollten, dann wäre es wohl höchstens die Parksituation. Man muss hinter dem Haus parkieren, weil es davor keinen Platz gibt. Abends ist der Hintereingang geschlossen, so dass man in der Kälte um das ganze Haus laufen muss, wenn man nachts spät zurückkehrt. Das ist aber wie gesagt meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder. ;"

"Location :nice, cleaned, well furnished. Located Just aside of a small river. Service : friendly, quite prepared. Menu: not many options, vegetarians are welcome but menu seems Unbalanced towards meats. Weakness point: dessert Price : water, vegetarian main course, coffe for a total amount of 36 eur. A bit expense, but we are in Switzerland and prices are generally quite high. Overall very good restaurant I recommend it."
