We booked the place last minute; enjoyed a friendly welcome and directly felt "at home". Very good japanese cooking; we were all happy and satisfied.

Most items on the menu were tasty but the waitress was very unfriendly and made us feel unwanted. She messed up the order and instead of replacing it, she started accusing us that it was not true. No happy customers this way, such a pity!

The food was really super good. We had one main dished (that with salmon that was really good) and inside out a special roll a crunchy roll and few starters. From the outset the staff were confused and service disjointed. A simple request for a plate took an age to materialise. Food arrived in ad hoc fashion. The food itself was overcooked, too salty & deep fried. To top it off we were nearly overcharged for two items. Don't bother - looks are deceiving.

This place is definitely worth a visit. It does the best sushi I have ever had and for a pretty affordable price given that it is a capital city. The duck ramen is also amazing and full of flavour.The only reason that it didn't get 5 stars is that the staff can now be a bit rude and unfriendly. But totally worth it for the great food.

We were waiting to meet somebody on Brunnerstrasse around lunchtime as as he was late we decided to pop into this restaurant for lunch. We ordered crispy duck and tuna rice rolls - both were very good and served to us outdoors at the back of the restaurant. It was really peaceful there so we were able to relax in the sunshine. A very good sushi option in Berlin. The restaurant atmosphere is amazing and for a few seconds you can imagine yourself in Japan...the staff is kind, fast and helpful, the food quality is very good, with good menu options, from sushi to fusion dishes. A must-go if you are a Japanese food fan.The only remark, is the restaurant don't have card payment, unless you have a german card.

Went with my girlfriend and two friends, it was recommended by a friend and although the food was ok the service was HORRIBLE! Plates were thrown in the table when served, dessert was brought and still the main dishes were not taken. To ask for an additional water you had to wait a few minutes or go and find a waiter to be served. Sincerely not worth your time, although the food was fine the service has been one of the worst I've received.

It´s a shame that I am taking my time to write this message but I believe that bad experiences, like the one I had last week in Aiko, can´t be passed in blank. I had my boyfriend in town for the week and we heard that Aiko was one of the best japanese restaurants in Berlin. Therefore, we decided to pay it a visit. Firstly, we were put on a table near the kitchen, which is fine, but I couldn´t believe my eyes. The bench where the servers were placing the dirty dishes remained full the whole time I was there, I had to face that bunch of unclean plates and glasses during my whole meal. The worst bit was that the staff was so loud getting in and out of the kitchen that I literally lost count on... Voir le carte
