Agriturismo Camposilvano

This is one of my favorite places to visit while in Verona. The ride to Velo is beautiful along the mountain ridge. The restaurant has recently been remodeled and the architect did a superb job mixing rustic with modern. The food served is simple, flavorful and locally sourced. Highly recommend the gnocchi!

I stayed in this farm with friends on Tuesday of January with the children and our doggies. we were given a very large table where space was not missing. the restaurant is very well-kept, the very varied menu, is composed of all the typical dishes of the mountain. we ate very well, abundant, delicious dishes and well made. the price will surprise you in positive.

Nice farm. we have Christmas lunch among friends: 3 before and a second, menu offered by them with all good quality products and very good. we ate and drank at will. very kind and helpful staff, very generous also with the bitterness of their production. Price absolutely on average with an excellent quality price. I highly recommend for a typical lunch / dinner in the mountains with friends .

I have been coming to Verona for 20 years and have number of favorite places all over the city. On a recent visit I was invited to Camposilvano by a friend and his family. This was one of the most memorable meals I 've ever had in Italy.. and I have been several times. Camposilvano is a bit a effort to get to but it is fantastic.. I did not take any photos but my host ordered many items, most memorable was a traditional Veronese dish, which included a mix of braised meats along with a sauce called Pearà wow!! I will go back to this place if not only for that sauce!! Again, a bit of a scenic journey up the mountain, but well worth the effort to get there. Make a reservation !!

Starting with the location (great indoor architecture, wood and stone based and ending with the food, everything was at the superlative. Most of the products (85% came from the local producers and it's one of the reasons for very small prices (one plate of antipasto is only 2,5 euro; highest price is 8,5 euro for an amaising slow cooked veal in wine . Only problem is that is a non speaking English staff and menu. Anyway they do their best to make you feel very well. Returned for several times to taste all the goodies: home made hamburger, special pasta with beans (delish! , tagliata de manzo wit...
