Spa day, massage treatment included. Fire and ice great, especially the hydrotherapy pool. Establishment could do with a little updating. Noteworthy details: Busy for Monday morning at 10am. Carpark full, Service: 4 Location: 3

A little bit more expensive than other afternoon teas, however, the food and service was worth the extra cost. An added bonus was the sandwiches and cakes were unlimited although it’s so filling we didn’t really need the extras!

This is one of my favourite places such a relaxing atmosphere and the lovely people who work there couldn’t be more accommodating, especially as we had our 4 month old with us! We will definitely be returning, thanks again for a great experience.

My friend and I had a spa break here in Oct and enjoyed every moment. The spa staff were so lovely, especially the lady who was on the fire and ice area, she made us feel so welcome. Rooms: We had a standard double room, which was very disappointing if I'd known the standards were so low I would of upgraded. Food drinks: Food was nice enough, the evening meal was pleasant it was buffet style so you could each as much as you like which was value for money. Breakfast again was buffet style and it was lush 10/10 for breakfast! Drinks are expensive I paid £10 for a glass of Rose! Rooms: 2

Location was stunning both on the outside and inside. Our seating area was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome, we were the only guys having afternoon tea together. The two staff we had look after us made our day perfect. They were attentive, chatty, friendly and accommodating. The tea and food was beautiful but made better by the atmosphere and staff. We both felt like royalty. Will be going again very soon.

Went for a spa day I can honestly say I was disappointed. There were children in the pool area which made it noisy the opposite of relaxing. Too many people were let into the spa in my opinion as there were more people than loungers really over crowded. The fire ice experience was nice.. but again.. too many people so the steam rooms didn't have much steam as people were constantly in out. There was no music in the relaxation area our party was told the speakers were broken wouldn't be fixed until January. The treatment I had was really lovely, the only negative was that the speaker (that did work in the treatment room) was really crackly so the relaxing music was anything but relaxing. The...
