"Last Thursday I reserved a table to celebrate my birthday on Saturday evening with friends. On Saturday afternoon I was contacted by the pizzeria staff to confirm the reservation, which naturally I gave. At the scheduled time we go to the pizzeria and are greeted with the news that our table is ready but there are no chairs because they have placed them at other tables since more people showed up than expected. They ask us to go around and come back after half an hour that they would have solved it. Of course they don't solve it. They ask us to still be patient for another 15 minutes. But still nothing. To make a long story short, we wait until 10pm to hear an offer to prepare some pizzas to take away (obviously the offer was rejected, if I book in a restaurant it's because I want to eat IN the restaurant). Something like this is really unprofessional. I didn't make a scene in the restaurant but my friends and I, who often went to this pizzeria, will certainly never go there again and certainly won't recommend it to anyone."

Ate there a short time ago.. nice place.. there were 6 of us and we all ordered a round pizza (there was also the possibility of having an all-you-can-eat pizza menu)...
