Excellent restaurant gastronomique dans un cadre historique agréable - bon est un excellent mélange de saveurs et de textures complètes.

La nourriture fantastique dans un bel endroit. Vaut vraiment le détour. Superbe présentation et service. Le dessert aux figues était le point fort.

Nourriture et vin excellents, service superbe. Vraiment au-delà de mes attentes, et particulièrement attentionné envers mes enfants. Je recommande vivement. Voir le carte

Repas exquis dans un cadre fabuleux. Il s'agissait de la meilleure expérience culinaire française que j'aie jamais eue. Notre serveur était parfait dans son exécution et tellement gracieux et accueillant.

At our arrival, the attendand was very rude. Very few tables in a good location by the river. The food was below average. We ordered a foie gras as entree, not great. As main course the choucrute that was indicated as speciality of the house was horrible. The other main course was the duck which was good.

We ordered the 7 course menu, expecting a gastronomic experience. Unfortunately, all the dishes were very basic and simple. I would expect this kind of cuisine in a simple restaurant of even a brasserie. Luckily the portions were large for a 7 course menu, so we weren't hungry. If you come here I would advice to just order à la carte, the menu is just not worth it. Voir le carte

The food was outstanding as was the table, service and staff. The intimacy of a small, intimate restaurant overlooking the river with a small but brilliant menu. The food might have been sourced locally but the nuances of taste and presentation were an upgrade from “Alsatian” food. Our captain paired my wine beautifully with my selections and the presentations were lovely. Most important: Delicious!!

Nous avons eu la chance d’obtenir une réservation lors d’un week-end férié très chargé. J'avais lu d'excellentes critiques sur ce restaurant et ma visite n'était pas différente. Le personnel était sympathique, attentionné et très efficace. La nourriture était délicieuse et à un prix raisonnable. Le cadre du restaurant est raffiné mais confortable. Nous avons pris un repas de trois plats et la nourriture était excellente. Je recommande vivement une visite.

We have decided to eat at A L’Echevin after a very positive experience at the Marechal hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and fluently speaking English. We took the menu 5 courses at 75€ clearly too overpriced for what we got. 2 amuses (gazpacho of melon/ Thai shrimps) very average : amuses should get the tone of the dinner and we started to be disappointed. First starter of langoustine and mango: veery simple strange consistency of the langoustine. Second starter foie gras: excellent. Main: lam excellent. Then 2 desserts: first with tropical fruits but the dominant note was mango (again) the second a monotone of raspberry in every form without any phantasy. Very kind was to get c... Voir le carte
