"Booked here for a party of four because had been informed that there was a new tenant and new chef and because of the magnificent view this restaurant enjoys. We found the service terrible, only 3 staff to service a full restaurant, the filets de perches were ok but the sole meunière fried until they were entirely dry and when I saw one waiter serve and prepare the filets at another table, he was so clumsy that we asked to be served the entire soles on our plates and not just the filets. The fries that were confirmed to be house made were not but just deepfrozen stuff every one can by him or herself in the supermarket. However the local Chardonnay from Tartegnin was a pleasant discovery. We took no starter no dessert, just paid and left and will never return."

Near the lake, but we had fish from Ireland. Beautiful and large terrace outside, it is located in a very bucolic village in the French speaking left of Switzerland.

Just had a wonderful evening at Clef d’or where the food was excellent and the service followed there with, and to top it off , very reasonably priced. Well done to the new team there !!

Beautiful location with a magnificent terrace overlooking the lake. Lunch menu is a good choice and price. The tables are always full and there is a nice atmosphere to chat with all. The servers were very friendly.

Went to try out the new team disappointed. The filets de perche are not from the lake, nor even any Swiss lake a pet hate, especially when the waiter had told me they were, and the prices they charge are inflated... Chips, as one reviewer mentioned, are not made on site, thus frozen. The accueil is friendly, the value for money is not.

We ate here yesterday evening with friends “la chasse”. The starter, ravioli de lièvre, was mouthwater; the Chevreuil was delicious, served with all the usual sides, and the Dessert Superb. The wine from the village white and red was beautiful. Friendly and efficient staff attended a very pleasant evening. It was the first time for us in this restaurant, but definitely not the last. Very recommended.

I had a wonderful 20th year anniversary lunch with my wife. Food was delicious and service impeccable. I ordered a lamb shank and because they were expecting a bit of wait for it they offered us a starter for free during the wait. For me, the main course arrived not that late and the shank was perfectly cooked and tender, same for my wife's fish plate (filet de fera). The crème brûlée was as it should be, perfect taste, size and density.

It was not the first visit, and again the experience was really amazing. Due to the pandemic they put tables in the garden which gives a totally different experience. You are really in the garden, on grass, and feeel in the middle of the nature. The food is excellent. Inspired by the french south-west but not only. The waiters are very nice but stay in the background. I also estimated the fact that the boss also went to all tables to have a small chat.

Location is excellent, the view over the lake is pleasant, the staff is very friendly, passionate and they surely know their menu and Carte des vins. Decor has a few problems with a few unnecessary modern, sticky cheap details (stick to authentic instead of IKEA lamps) but the food was simply exceptional. We went there for « chasse ». What we got was elegantly dressed plates, simply perfectly cooked very high-quality meat, amazingly spiced Gravy/Jus. All elements made pure sense. Interesting attempts at the starters like the "Papet Revisité". This restaurant plays well above its league when it comes to the overall experience

We've been here a couple of times before. We always get the beef tartare with cranberries but I noticed that this time it's not as good as it normally is. Although the filet perches is not from Lac Leman, it was still very good anyway most of filet perches are no longer from the local lakes anymore due to overfishing. For dessert, we also had the creme brulee, but it was slightly grainy which again was not a problem during a previous visit. I suppose the issue is consistency, but overall the food here is delicious. Plus the view is amazing! Point for improvement service is generally good but was really slow in getting the bill.
