Fantastic food and top notch service and great service also take your drink so no rip off drink prices this restaurant comes highly recommended

Popped in for lunch on my break from work today and had the delicious prawn linguine with olives and bread to dip. Absolutely delightful and would highly recommend

great service, delicious pizza and a wonderful atmosphere. I live the other side of bristol, so unfortunately can not often eat here, but I am never disappointed when I do.

absolutely amazing pizzas and tapas here in this beautiful family business! Eating was really delicious, well presented and piping hot! The BYO option is also a bonus if they want to take their favorite wine! well recommended.

a group of us went on Saturday night. it was great from beginning to end. tony (antonio and the staff were friendly and welcoming. we had a big laugh, good food and will go back soon. also his one byo so in today's climate, that is great. thank you.

we've been eating here longer than I can remember, and I can honestly say that it's always a joy. it is usually a tasty bite when we have to pick up and it works every time. even if the new places open, these youngs still knock out some of the absolute best in the city. the service is simply perfect. they can't do too much. many thanks at a cappella for their hard work.

Fantastic little place for food. The service was great.... not sure about Joe though (just kidding). Came here for lunch and it was very busy, but the wait for food wasn’t long. It’s a BYO so I got a bottle of ‘Elvis juice’ from the co-op (see photos) just 10 seconds down the road. Will come here again..... for Joe’s sarcasm All kidding aside, I want to come back for the pizza to complete the experience.

Sadly not as good as it used to be. The quality and quantity of of the toppings on all 5 of our pizzas were dissapointing. The pizza bases were either very soft and soggy with too much oil and an overpowering taste of garlic on some or they were overdone. The lasgagne also wasn't great with very thick pasta. We've been coming here for years but the last two occasions have not been great. Service was slow but friendly on both occasions and seemed short staffed on both nights.

Acapella was taken on by new owners last year, we've had takeaways and eaten in since then and the standard was almost as high as it always has been which was a relief. We ordered a takeaway this week and tgere is a definite change in the quality of the ingredients. The peperoni, which was always thick and taaty has been replaced by a bland wafer thin version. The fresh mozzarella has been replaced with a very creamy but poorer quality cheese, rhat overpowered everything. Hopefully this is a one off poor show and not the influence of the new owners affecting the menu and quality of the ingredients. We won't be back anytime soon.
