"My husband and I have been on vacation for about 3 weeks. After we had so much French food, we looked for something else and so we ended up in an African/Vietnamese place in Bordeaux! We ordered the nems for starters who were filled rice paper rolls that were quite a lot of taste bombs! The Nems came in a beautiful salad bowl with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, carrots, salads and herbs with a delicious dip sauce, this was a light refreshing start to dinner. For the net, my husband ordered the caramel chicken and I had the coconut chicken, both were served with rice and salad. The net, similar to the starter, was filled with flavors. My coconut curry was definitely different, not Thai or Indian unique series of curry flavor with sulphans, accompanied by such a juicy chicken! I like spicy therefore asked for some chopped chilis on the side that brought my court to my spicy Viking! The caramel chicken, I was pleasantly intrigued it was juicy and not too sweet! My husband definitely enjoyed it, as he brought it up with a limited conversation! Ah! The staff is very attentive and warm. Overall, it was a very pleasant meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Very recommended."
