"Mee's Thai Restaurant, in a small, but comfortably decorated area to the rear of The Bull's Head, deserves to do well. We have visited twice in a week, and can confirm that the food is well prepared, charmingly served and reasonably priced. The restaurant has 28 covers, and has been busy during our visits. We have enjoyed: Kang Paneng, a dry aromatic Thai curry with coconut milk and limeleaves with chicken; Gai Bai Toey, chicken marinated with coriander root, cracked blackpepper and oyster sauce wrapped in pandan leaves and deep fried, and we have also loved the fried battered squid, with onion. We have also eaten Neau Pad Prik Pow, stir fried beef with chef’s special sauce, bamboo shoots, onion, spring onion, celery, peppers, mushroom and flavoured with chilli oil.On both occasions we have had starters (X2), mains (X2) a rice and some noodles, and the bill has been around £28. The food has been without fault. The Bull's Head is a decent pub, frequented by locals, but has no frills, whilst being friendly enough. As you walk through the pub to Mee's, nothing prepares you for the quality of the food. Finally, OK, so Sedgley is technically in Dudley. Nevertheless, we think that Mee's deserves a Wolverhampton listing, since the city of Wolverhampton, and the market town of Dudley are equidistant from The Bull's Head."
