The staff is quite young, and when we inquired about certain items on the menu, our waitress seemed unfamiliar with them, which was a bit awkward for her. In contrast, at other dining establishments like Somerst House/Somerst and Bar Balou/Knightsbridge, the staff were well-versed in the entire menu and could address diners' questions with ease.
Additionally, we received several broth servings at our table that we did not order, yet they appeared on our bill. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience, but there is definitely room for improvement, particularly in terms of better training for the young employees, who ultimately need that guidance to succeed."
