And then a Margherita pizza so you can also taste the classic pizza. As a true Roman, I can safely say that pinsa have nothing to envy of the traditional ones, on the contrary... perhaps they are even better. The same goes for pizza. Ingredients of very good quality, excellent dough with long leavening. While we waited for the preparation which was very quick, the pizza chef who I believe was also the owner, explained to us with great care how he works his dough and the attention in choosing the raw materials. Vote 10!!! Both for the products they offer and for the education, friendliness, professionalism and friendliness of those who work there.
