"Ottimo, non bisogna per forza essere critici gastronomici, per affermare che un piatto di tagliatelle con gamberi e pomodorini, è veramente buono,e che dire dei ravioli alla zucca, il dessert poi: millefoglie scomposta ai lamponi... Sublime. Eleganza e semplicità la fanno da padrone al ristorante Raffaele, cibi squisiti e personale sempre sorridenti e gentili. Il menù di stagione è ottimo, con piatti della tradizione rivisitati, e ingredienti freschi. Siamo stati veramente bene, ma la sorpresa finale, è stato il conto: veramente economico per quello che abbiamo avuto, e per il posto in cui siamo. Torneremo di sicuro a Ravello, e la nostra tappa culinaria, sarà il Ristorante da Raffaele .. Grazie Grazie Grazie"

"It’s hard to get things wrong on the Amalfi coast, the coast basically does everything for you. But somehow they did it. 1st, they booked a reservation at 12 then when we got there they said they didn’t open until 12:30. They proceeded to tell me I was lying when I showed them my confirmation email. We sat there and watched them walk around doing nothing for 30 mins. Things only got worse from there. Food was ok at best and I had to call the server over at least 5 times to get basic service. Don’t go. They truly are horrible."

"the location is unique and superlative, even when as it happened to us you are led directly to the restaurant room without even being able to take a look at the gardens, but you can stay. Also the useless tuna say excellent for the choice of raw material we could have eaten it in that combination also elsewhere. In summary, I would say that the intention of exalting the local tradition with innovation and experimentation does not find an always adequate realization even if inspiration is the right ones. "ristorante con vista mozzafiato e camera molto ben curata. personale impeccabile e professionale. i piatti proposti sono molto ricercati e particolari. la cosa di benvenuto era un cracker con un ravello raffigurato utilizzando il nero seppia accompagnato da una ricottina. tra gli antipasti i frittelle di coniglio, anche la combinazione nell'altro antipasto con le sciarpe fatte di provolone, manzo, acciughe e gelato all'urchin di mare, forse un po 'troppo molti sapori non legati. come prima abbiamo assaggiato le oche di polpo e gli gnocchi placcati con gamberi e seppia, eccellenti entrambi. i prezzi sono alti ma sono disposti a pagare per la qualità e un panorama cartolina."

"Loved this restaurant so much we went twice! Staff were very clued up about coeliac and I felt well looked after. The caprese salad was plated in three different ways and I had the spaghettone (GF) with yellow tomatoes and salted ricotta which was SO delicious I had this dish both times. My meal was accompanied by Schar bread in bag, warmed in the oven. Most of the pastas can be prepared GF as can the pizzas (we didn't try the pizzas) however the desert options were more limited the only coeliac option was the panacotta with wild berries, but I was not disappointed, it was yummy. My husband, who is not coeliac, had the gnocchi with scampi and the beef fillet which he said were very good. We liked that there was a range of options available for both of us. This place is quite small and popular so I'd recommend booking ahead, especially during summer."
