"I was at the restaurant the old neighborhoods a couple weeks ago for a Sunday family lunch. First of all, the place is easily accessible and is well equipped with parking spaces in its adjacent. once you enter, you are positively impressed by the serene atmosphere that you breathe inside, they also deserve a warm and welcoming decor, absolutely responding to the tradition of Trentino and therefore in a very pleasant complex. Besides, on the downstairs there is a stove with olle stove and a very delicious cellar. the service staff, always followed and addressed by the owners, proved courteous, friendly and very professional. we ate an appetizer of the districts with meats, lucanica, lard and malga with homemade pickles (many extraordinary cuts, which we discovered to be produced by a butcher/salumificio della val di fiemme, and very good cheeses). we were delighted by a ton of scaffolding and polenta, which was absolutely delicate, very goutous and well cooked, as well as with a fried sea and lake with pastellate vegetables, light to the palate, absolutely not immature and with fish, that to the goto has just given the idea of being fresh, having left a pleasant retrogoto. I finally concluded with the dessert of the week made with an excellent ice cream of artisanal grapes of strawberry on a bisquit of citrus fruits and ricotta cream with raisins and honey (a very good and refined creation, which is easier to go in a restaurant star michelin). the meal, consumed in a comfortable and almost familiar environment, was qualitatively remarkable and quantitatively just, as well as served at the table indisputable way, all at the absolutely reasonable price of just over 52 euros. the ancient neighborhoods is in synthesis a delicious restaurant and recommended for every type of event, which offers a local cuisine on one side very appetizing, but never banal, with some dishes also very sought after, which is appreciable both to the palate and to the view. I will definitely come back to try other dishes and other sweet creations. Congratulations."
