"Food was severely lacking in flavour, quality and general appeal. I saw this place online and looked great, although the overall customer service was of a high standard with kind and attentive waiters/waitresses, the food took us off guard. We ordered a rib eye steak (requested as medium rare but arrived extremely well done), 2x bland chicken steaks and a chewy little lamb steak, all with a far from generous helping of garlic sauce. It hurts me to see such a great cut of beef which claims to be marbled, to be disrespected by the way this was cooked. Unfortunately the excessively large cut chips were also poor company to sad looking slabs of meat that lay centrepiece to the dishes. The whole meal was served on a bed of over boiled noodles sticking to a dangerously hot plate, making the steak difficult to cut as it tries to balance itself on gelatinous pile of noodles (I would’ve much preferred they serve me a pot noodle). The overcompensating 2 inch platform of a plate that the meal was served on did no favours to the food, and the “sizzler” element seemed to only be reflected through the excess smoke and noise that went on too long. The side of veggies reminded me of an unseasoned, depressing, microwaved bowl of carrots and peas pulled through a frozen bag straight from a freezer in Iceland. The general taste and execution of this meal was extremely poor, I couldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone, the only saving grace from my experience was the cleanliness of the venues, and politeness of the staff. And as much as it pains me to say, the best part of the meal was the jarritos cola. I cannot express my disappointment enough, as I had hyped myself up all week thinking this meal would be worth the wait, unfortunately I had never been so wrong. 1/10"

"My wife and I, and two long-time friends had dinner here and it was quite a good experience, but as per many visits in the past there was a slight niggle that stops me from saying the meal was excellent. As usual we ordered through the app, and the drinks were soon brought to the table. It wasn’t long before the first two meals arrived, and I immediately told the member of staff that delivered them that they had been a bit mean on my coleslaw as there was hardly any in the dish it came in. Now you’d think that she would have apologised and rectified the problem, but no, she just laughed, turned on her heel and went into the kitchen. I was thinking that she may bring more out with the other two meals, but alas that didn’t happen. The other two meals arrived shortly after the first two and were delivered by the same person, who quickly put them on the table and left rather sharpish. Our friend then noticed that she had very little beans and cheese on her baked potato, so she decided to speak to a member of the staff when one of them next came up to the dining area. That didn’t work out too well as the person that brought the meals came up to the table and asked if everything was alright with the meals, but left without us answering, so the service we got was certainly below par. Apart from being short-changed on some of the items on our plates the meals were fine. We always come back to this pub, as no matter how many little grumbles we have about things that are not as they should be, we always consider that we get good value for money, and the meals are normally okay – pity about the staff on this occasion."

"They were alright a few years ago, but honestly they are just awful now. Minimum payment on card in 2023? Archaic, illogical and irrational if not a dodgy tactic to put more cash in their pockets and avoid tax brackets. Point of sale and payment processing systems which allow small payments are both affordable and widely available nowadays, so there truly is no excuse for this. Their hours are odd to say the least. The food is shocking, Stephen Hawking 's reanimated corpse could fry better food with a blowtorch and a bowl of milk. Soggy is an understatement perhaps wet is more suitable. Also occasionally undercooked or just barely brought to safe temps, but generally all just tastes bland. Honestly going here is just a waste of life, and I 'd say money too if they 'd accept it. Judging from other reviews I think the only word I can use to describe this establishment is scummy . Vegetarian options: A bottle of water probably. I mean chips *are* vegetarian, right? In all seriousness, I wouldn 't bother. Chances are they 'll lie to make the sale, they won 't even be able to tell you or they 'll be contaminated by non veg products. Kid friendliness: They are not friendly to adults, let alone children. I would not even consider their food child friendly unless you 're thinking about teaching them the experience of food poisoning. Parking: Perhaps 10 15 spaces shared between the whole parade of shops. Wheelchair accessibility: You may get through the door if they have a foldable ramp, if not there is a small step to hop up if capable, but the layout isn 't really suitable for a wheelchair. Dietary restrictions: They don 't often put effort into cooking their food properly, I suggest that you steer well clear if you 're concerned about allergies."
