I think that is a good thing. because the rents are rising. The well-deserving hipster is now pushing into the quarter. he needs to be sushi at noon, not the cheap metzger with cauliflower in the midday table sortiment. and his wine he drinks in cool stylish locations. so open up more and more trendy sheds.
