"Hi, I just wanted to inform you that as regular visitors to the Dales, we always make a point to visit the Fountaine Inn and typically enjoy our meals. However, on our recent visit on the 10th of October at 7:15, my husband was disappointed with his Burrata Salad priced at £16.95. There was no dressing on the salad, despite him informing the waiters twice that it was bland. Nothing was done to address this issue. However, the other meals we had were satisfactory. Overall, we rate the rooms a 5, service a 3, and location a 5. The hotel is also kid-friendly.
