"In this corner of Cologne Mülheim there is no restaurant with such good food. Both tasteful and ambitious of presentation and class. From price-performance ratio really fair. Everything in a relaxed atmosphere and a cozy guest room. The sound insulation could be a bit better if it's full, it's already very loud. Definitely a clear recommendation."

"So we were here randomly and spontaneously, we were impressed by the giant big object! It was very clean there and eating was so delicious, so no matter what the cook does, you shouldn't quit! "Late in the afternoon,we went here en route to the cable car trip to Rheinpark. We ordered Coffees,beers and a simple Flammkuchen to share. 30 minutes and several promptings later we were still waiting on something that cooks in 10 mins. Staff are constantly pushing for you to buy more drinks,never a good idea. When we eventually finished we asked for the bill as we were now in a bit of a rush. This also took 15 mins to be brought. Nobody cares. It's a shame cos this is a nice place with a beautiful outside terrace. Food is good. So to sum up, marks out of 10. 9/10 for location and food. 1/10 for customer service which is practically non existant.Enjoy,if you have all day to do it in."

"Entering the whole Schloss Morsbroich Castle ground your first stop needs to be the shop with a class of its own.....you have to purchase your entrance ticket to any of the events taking place in the 'Castle', here.The shop is run by free-lance staff to support the cultural side of the 'Castle' and adds to keeping it's doors open.Anything hand selected and unusual, in decor, scarves, leather items, wooden toys, jewellery to name but a few can delight not only the eye but also makes you go out off your usual shopping way and tempts you to buy something 'special' for yourself or the person 'who has it all' but just 'needs' this special item.Before you go and have your foods, etc. in or outside the restaurant a stroll through the surrounding park is a must.....well kept with all sorts of flowers of the season delight your eyes.The restaurant caters for all ages and all taste buds, from vegan, vegetarian or/and meat eating customers....the well designed menu says it all. Cold/hot beverages, a selection of good wines, liqueurs and beers are all on offer, too.On my last visit I enjoyed a delicious ice-coffee on the restaurant's outside area overlooking the Castle's front facade. Long tables next to me had been previously booked by larger groups, who had just experienced an introduction talk in the Castle's "Spiegelsaal" (Mirror Hall) for a forth coming concert in town.All around me visitors have been raving about their foods some enjoying smaller salad dishes, soups, or just coffee's and cake.Children were playing on metal art designs situated on the grassy areas close by or just ran around.In the previously and redesigned stables of the Castle a group cleared out remnants of an event. These areas can be booked for all sorts of happenings.All in all this is a 'must visit' for any tourist/holiday maker or local who wants to experience a beautiful outing regardless the weather conditions."

"Wir sind immer gerne in die Satdthalle gegangen, aber eider hat sich die Qualität der Speisen seit einem Kochwechsel verschlechtert. Nachdem ich mehrmals ein über die Grenze der Röstaromen hinaus gebratenes Schnitzel bemängelt hatte, sind wir wohl nicht mehr dort erwünscht, was man vom Gesicht des Wirtes deutlich ablesen konnte. Aber eine letzte Chance wollte ich der Küche noch geben und bestellte mir wieder ein Schnitzel Madagaskar. Darauf der Spruch des Wirts: Besser kein Schnitzel bestellen, du meckerst ja doch nur wieder. Ich bestand auf meiner Bestellung mit den Worten, dass ich es noch einmal probieren möchte und bestellte es mit Kroketten. Was kam? Ein Schnitzel mit Pommes, Absicht oder vertan? Das Schnitzel hätte jede Hausfrau besser hinbekommen. Mein Fazit: nachdem ich seit 8 Jahren dort zufrieden war, werde ich das Restaurant nicht mehr betreten und kann es auch leider nicht empfehlen."

"Ich war heute mit einem Freund in Bollywood Spices um 12 Uhr. Mo-Sa von 12-14 Uhr gibt es hier all-you can eat, ab 16 Uhr dann Essen á la carte. Der Kellner war sehr nett, das Restaurant war in einem guten Zustand. Zum Essen haben wir Schorlen bestellt, die waren auch ganz ok. Beim All-you can eat gab es nicht viel Auswahl zu Essen, was es gab war allerdings gut. Es gab: Brot, Reis, Hähnchen Curry, Hähnchen Chilli, irgendwas mit Erbsen und Kartoffeln, und einen veggie mix. Leider kenne ich nicht die richtigen Namen. Das Essen hat mir zumindest sehr gut geschmeckt, da fand ich es nicht schlimm das es nicht viel Auswahl gibt. Vielleicht könnte man noch eine weitere Brotart als den einfachen Fladen mit Kümmel hinzufügen, oder statt zwei Hähnchen Sachen eins noch mit Rindfleisch hinzufügen. Oder man könnte wöchentlich wechselnde Gerichte machen (ich weiß nicht, wie das gerade ist) Da es nur 10€ gekostet hat, finde ich das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis top. Man findet nicht mehr viele 10€ All-you can eat Restaurants, der Abstrich wird hier nun einmal in der Auswahl gemacht, find ich in Ordnung."

"Wir sind am gestrigen Abend per Zufall in diesem Lokal gelandet. Das Ambiente hat mir, obwohl im tiefen Keller, recht gut gefallen. Eben ziemlich spanisch. Die Speisenkaret bekamen wir recht schnell doch dann war es das auch schon. Bis zu unserer Bestellung hat es dann schon ziemlich lange gedauert. Naja wir durften dann zumindest endlich bestellen. Nach einer viertel Stunde bin ich dann mal an die Theke und habe nach unseren bestellten Getränken gefragt. Der ältere Herr an der Theke wirkte irgendwie überfordert. Der von uns bestellte Rotwein war irgendeine nichtschmeckende Billigplörre. Wir bekamen eine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken. Bestellt hatten wir den kleinen Grillteller und den gegrillten Tintenfisch. Beide Gerichte waren angegeben mit Folienkartoffel und Salat. Auf der Karte stand " Wir bieten die Folienkartoffel wahlweise mit Kräuterbutter oder Quark". Wir wurden erst garnicht gefragt. Als unsere Bestellung dann endlich kam waren die Kartoffeln mit einem Klecks Kräuterbutter, den man in der Kartoffel suchen mußte. Das Fleisch des Grilltellers war lieblos auf den Teller geschmissen und so zäh, dass es kaum zu genießen war. Bei beiden Gerichten fehlten die Salate. Da wir den Kellner nicht mehr sahen, konnten wir dieses auch nicht reklamieren. Als wir beim zahlen auf diese Missstände aufmerksam machten wurde dies einfach ignoriert. Ganz sicher der erste und letzte Besuch."

"My friend and I were in the Manfort area of Leverkusen wondering where to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch & I hit on the idea of trying a sit down meal at Chao-Lin-Thai. I normally only order take away food from this establishment. There must be ca. 4 or 5 tables for those people like us who want to eat on the premises. We took one directly overlooking the open kitchen. The owner/cook greeted us in patchy English which was nice. I ordered an apple drink (Apfelschorle) and the Goeng Kali Nüea - beef with potatoes in coconut milk in yellow Thai curry with rice. This came promptly and was OK, if rather sticky giving the impression that there was too much corn flour in the sauce. But for a quick and economic lunch this fitted the bill quite nicely. I certainly got the down to earth, almost Thai street food impression here. The place is not that well decorated, even to the point of being messy and the bank of woks in the kitchen area looked well (too well?) used... And descending downstairs to the rest room area doesn't improve the overall feeling of tackiness. For a take away joint, I guess that this is OK, but I would certainly recommend a general spring clean and spruce up for dine-in guests to feel more comfortable."

"Am Mittwoch war ich mit meiner Familie dort frühstücken. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bedient. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich. Am Buffet war reichlich Auswahl. Für jeden etwas dabei.
