"We enjoyed our main courses but felt that the desserts weren't up to par. We also felt that the beer, which we had hoped would be a highlight seeing as it's a brewpub, was below average. However, what we found most disturbing was the fast-food...touch, which led to everything arriving so fast that it clearly wasn't made-to-order, and which also meant that, unless you wanted to hang around after your actual meal, there was no time for another drink. Odd behaviour, as one would think that slightly slower service might actually translate into more drink orders and therefore higher profits? Instead, we felt that we were being served fast to leave fast. (No, there was no shortage of tables or long lines of people waiting."
